Ofcourse she thinks that way which is why they NOT having a physical relationship will come as a shock to her later. That is why it is important for them to not consummate. Patralekha can give character certificate too later on

I feel Atleast something from the promo will be true and mostly it will be Vinu getting cured . I was lowkey hoping that Vinu’s congenital illness will be Karma for Pakhi, everyone will regret and repent that they didnt listen to Sai and let Pakhi become the surrogate which gave such grave illness to Vinu, but naah! . Vinu getting cured just like that and then Virat giving all the credits to Pakhi for it is just insane.

Also Pakhi has always been so sure about the tricks to manipulate Virat and bring him closer to her, she did the same during surrogacy and won every single time. Right now also by being a good mother she is winning over his heart and slowly and successfully making Virat fall out of love with Sai. Finally she will succeed after Vinu gets cured, Virat will give her all the rights of being his wife and Sai will become just a doctor and loose her place in V’s heart forever. I dont know why this show is extremely biased towards evil since always, A new ML needs to be introduced for Sai , its high time now.
