Collective real life experiences play a humungous part in strengthening friendships, without that things will always be at surface level or momentary which may last just a phase or two. Anonymity might comfort you for a while but can't help you heal, learn, grown at a deeper level.

I had wonderful time in IF.. I have been a member for so many years probably 13 +.. Used to be active, not that much anymore... But when active, I made some beautiful friends, we became very close and visited each others' state, luckily we all live in the US..It was not that difficult. For many years we chatted everyday (outside of the forum + on IF), later on talk on the phone every day..at least for a couple of hours ..LOL... Today we are best of the best freinds, we visited each other many times, stayed at eash other's homes, I mean we are family.. Thank you my dearies..

Even though with some members I am not in contact personally, just on IF, they are all awesome.. love their posts, humor, laughs, fan girling etcc... thank you guys...LOVE...

It's easy to make friends but hard to maintain that friendships. That's the only issue, but even then, I made many friends on this site. Some are closer than others, but even those I'm not in touch with as much as I would like are people I know will forever have a soft spot in my heart. ❤️

I can't tag Rumy, Mrs. Barry and Kabeera.

I have realised that as you grow, nurturing and sustaining long term friendships requires efforts because all the parties involved grow and are having varied experiences. It takes time, love, patience and so much more. Itna sab kuch online bonds ke liye toh nahi kiya jaa sakta, I need something more in return. 😆
