This whole NikVi reuniting and remarriage drama was done for KD, as she was unwell. It was all kind of natak done to control the damage done by NikVi in d past.
But now when KD herself doesnt want this marriage to take place, then will NikVi really marry?
Wo alg bt h natak krte krte they rediscovered their lost love but fr b....will they go ahead wid this?
What if they inform KD that they weren't really together but staged this drama for her deteriorating health.
