They both acted in the same show 'uttaran' in the beginning of their career... They started fighting over screen space... Tina was the positive character so she obviously got better scenes and response initially which rashmi didn't like... But rashmi was dating (and later married) the male lead nandish and tina thought he was unfairly promoting her and making makers give her more screen time... I remember there being some noise about tina liking nandish but they never gained traction so it was probably khayali pulao.

I remember rashmi came on some show /interview and she said something on the lines of how she has had horrific experiences with bengalis hinting at tina...

Not much in the public domain bec it was before SM. Not sure if Rashmi said anything during her bb stint as i didn't watch
