Sai does not even know Vinu is her son/vice-versa and already they're trying to create hurdles. CN folks will again lambast her that too in Vinu's presence once he's found. How can she even think of claiming her son when she will tell him, to not bite the hands that fed him?

Another thing....

When paternity is known they cannot let him continue believing he's an orphan. He has a right to know he is not an orphan so he can Start looking for/about his real parents. Most orphans always want to know why they were abandoned etc

That's the thing.

Vinayak will grow closer to cn, will be grateful to them and it's going to be extremely hard for sai to claim him.

She might not do it herself, because she'd be grateful to them for saving vinayak.

I can literally see, a lot of struggles upcoming.
