Then he might blackmail Indu to marry him if she wants Zoon's custody, Rits saves her, gets married to her and they somehow get the custody since Zoony baby wants that and she will get preference too. Yes, not even acknowledging the father is a complete oversight on their part. But usually a woman is allowed to adopt a girl child without any partner, and she wont need to contest too hard in the scenario that she states that she was domestically abused and hence wants to keep the baby away from the father. He wont be able to vouch for his rights on the child in that case.

Possible, ho bhi sakta hai. Last time bhi toh story se gayab ho gaya tha after Rits got him arrested.
