I eat cereal and skim milk for breakfast. Eggs and avocado toast if I have time. But I had no milk today so ate an energy bar and chugged down black cofffee. Then ran.

today i had ... an apple, a burger for lunch with banana milkkk and right now drinking tea and will have dinner soon. i dont have much time to stop eat and drink during work hours.
