Dev is quite firm with his decisions, when Vidhi asked him to not suspend Yogika, he asked her to stay out of it.

Kanika left, will probably be back since it's just a suspension and has been told to reflect on her actions.

Where does that leave a plotting Yogesh?!

Arjun begins to respect/ like Vidhi,. The office still doesn't know he is Yogika's son, any significance of this?

HP praying to Godess Milapini for Dev, asking her to bless him abundantly and that he may get what he wants.. such irony, what will he do when his prayers are going to get answered!!

Vidhi questioning why Dev did this for her? ( re Kanika) i think he would have done this for anybody in his employ.

She kept asking herself regarding Dev's feelings, never once have they brought up the age factor in her thoughts..no dilemma regarding that..

Also must appreciate Vidhi's confidence, speaking up in front of Dev when it came to Kanika.. but seriously would we forgive someone who was so malicious towards us so easily?!

Koi age factor, class factor, parents, samaj log kuch nhi sochti ye mujhe vidhi character se problem hai. They are showing her quite selfish, it's only about her right now.

Also there was a BTS scene with amba right? Uska kya hua.. didn't we think Vidhi was giving up on Dev n returning his rumaal?!

The original promo for the show had Vidhi saying that they were so different, so I'm sure the makers will definitely come to that part.

They've already given one example- the older Dev had stomach issues after Khau Galli; younger Vidhi did not 😆

I'm okay with Vidhi acting a bit selfish/immature at the start- there's plenty of time for her to be mature later on.

One of these semi-mad scenes I remember from YUDBKH (on Sony, a serial I liked). Girl is clearly more into the boy. Boy once suffers from a burn on his hand and off handedly remarks that only one who suffers knows the pain. The girl then deliberately burns her hands and when the boy sees it, says that someone had mentioned that you need to feel the pain to understand it. Boy stunned 😲

thats the crux of this whole age difference plot. and if by any chance her older self would meet her past self doing all current Vidhi is doing she is gonna smack her head so bad.

and i absolutely love selfish vidhi who is acting per her age and not an early matured "knows it all" Girl... she is 21 yo and she will behave like one... she will go all about her crush.. until she gets her first heartbreak.

Just another observation based on the precap and why i loved confrontational Vidhi

if a girl is confused abt the mixed signals fellow boy is sending all this while in the name of her being "a good employee" why cant she just ask upfront abt the feelings ?

if Dev has no feelings for her he can simply say "No i dont have feelings for you. And everything i did was simply as a mentor in office. But still you select the groom as per your choice" as he used to say her always.. abt job, new job, be in this office etc...

yes it would break her heart but it will be one time.. or may be a month she would cry to sleep but she will realize it once she grows up more. and might cut ties with him too (which he surely cant handle)

and if he has feelings (even an iota.. but is scared abt the age difference thing) that too he should put out in words "Vidhi yes i do like you but you know we have a very big age difference and ur dad isnt someone who would allow us to be together, so can you please forget abt us"

that again would hurt but at least she would know the reason Dev behaves hot n cold time to time. She cant live in confusion forever. if he is not into her or cant see a future together its better to break her dreams now so that she can move on.. she is 21 and can have another man who loves her more than she love Dev....

Dev not wanting to hurt her is itself a sign that she is not just another employee for him.. was he worried about Kanika when he was blaming her ? it was Yogesh who gave the money to the waiter but Dev blamed it all on Kanika cause she called HP to come get Vidhi.

She was his friend longer than he knows Vidhi.. but he dint trust Kanika enough to go to the club or ask waiter about the mastermind and suspended her.

Yes he would have done the same for another employee as he did for Vidhi.. but he never trusted anyone else as he trusts Vidhi. Thats clear difference in his behavior towards Vidhi and other employees (even his friends) and its this that confuses Vidhi.

And why her seeking truth.. seeking answers in black and white is guilt tripping.. when him being overly concerned/caring is confusing that girl so bad...

When Dev is way too old to know what a typical 21 year old teenager would feel and behave in those early years for their crush.. and he must be knowing how to handle her.. but here he isnt, he cant.. it simply means he feels for something but unable to muster up the courage to tell her cause he is scared he would fall deeper than he cant even handle.... or she would leave which also he cant handle.

Vidhi to him is what fire to a moth.

he is scared this fire can burn him so he wants to stay away from her but always end up around her.

Thats not how anyone can pursue love by being on fence always. He has to take some decision.

You know what someone 's innocent love and look of admiration, fan Girling after you looks like.its a complete bliss...it's really hard to break their heart...and u can easily use their one sided emotions for their career and personality development...it doesn't mean that you love them.its just you respect their true love towards you.....

Because I literally done it for their betterment.know whenever he comes across me and see me just come to touch my feet.

And yes I am only 28yrs.don't consider me an old person 🤣🤣

very correct.. but not breaking their bubble is not going to help either... its only going to be painful more n more they go deeper in it..

lol.. and i was at opposite side of the situation .. confessed and got immediate No as reply.. even a sorry if by any chance they made me feel so it wasn't intentional... i cried for weeks... that was 5 year long crush...and hard to come out of it.

but now I feel it was the best thing happened cause i could move on to be a stronger person..

and i am even older than you......😆
