Guys though my son's fever is gone his platlates count have gone down. No visible severity. Done blood test and started medication. Food intake is good as of now. Doctor kept him under observation for a day. Asked him to take juices and liquids then again tomorrow test. If no improvement then will plan next course of action.

Need your prayers.
