-Madhuri has a LOT of demands - anyone who has worked with her will say. IMO I don't think she is a snob, but she is cold and often stingy. Like she will not approve of personal mistakes/emergencies from her employees, but she's not as bad as Raveena, Karishma. She's naturally a very closed off person so she doesn't empathize with certain struggles.

I think she's strictly average imo. She's open to keeping a good image in public though - very warm to fans. She's also a really hard worker - she puts her 100% in whatever she does. Even if it's dance shows. I think that's rather admirable.

-Katrina was really rude in her peak-fame days, I'm sure she's changed now.

- Tabu/Deepika are nice. Tabu moreso, but Deepika is good to her staff.

-Shraddha is very nice but I wouldn't say she's the most humble - she had some disgusting views on metoo, obviously complicated by her father though so I understand her panic.

-I'd say Vidya the most out of the options you've listed. (I don't have any inside experience with Kalki) There are far more humble actresses though than actors so...

Opinion on Madhuri as a person by Pooja Bhatt

Pooja is known to be one of the most honest people from the industry who calls a spade a spade and she worked in so many scenes with Madhuri in Prem Deewane to know her well during that time period

No you are misunderstanding. If a worker has a sick family, she will hesitate/not give them time off. That is a weird move on her part. And she has done it constantly. She fired all her previous staff (pre-hiatus) who had accumulated great PR and personal connections for her, and didn't even give them reference letters. A lot of them had only worked for her.

She interferes with the scripts of all her things (which works out great for reality shows, middle class folk love Madhuri), but it doesn't work out well at all for people behind her movies. Dedh Ishqiya was meant to be a "black-comedy" movie, like Ishqiya.

-Madhuri only agreed to do the movie of the homosexuality and dark language was toned down. (It makes sense, but the people behind it were angry - the audience for Ishqiya wanted dark humor. Even though the film was well-made, the intended audience would not go see it. They were right - it flopped)

I don't think she's a snob, like I said. She's likeable and a hard worker. But she's not humble. She has her demands and rules, but she's not the most unreasonable. She only really interacts with the reality show contestants (and her workers) if they pander with her.

Pooja Bhatt is an actress. I am talking about Madhuri with the people working under her. When you speak of humility, it's important to include the workers too. I also am not saying Madhuri is some cruel person. She's always been very diplomatic, I don't think she's said anything rude about anyone.

The only thing I know about her staff was her secretary that she supported through every thick and thin...Riku Rakesh Nath

I also heard that she gave utmost respect to all staff members alike

The whole industry said this time and again throughout all those years

Many stars in reality shows as well that she is an epitome of grace dignity and treats even the spot boys well

If you watched the video of pooja bhatt I posted she narrates she always helped her and gave good ques to make pooja's scenes better unlike most other stars who do opposite to ruin the colleague's sequences to dominate the scene with their performance.
