Its appalling to me how there can be ANY justification for a character like V and the extremely problematic dialogues and scenes on this show. no matter what he does its out of "anger" which in turn is out of his supposed "love". V is a masochistic self-pity enjoying freak who is abusive , toxic but cannot recognize it and likes to play mahaan and preach- is this what we as audience should understand and support?! its disturbing that there are people out there who can actually relate to this kinda guy! If V is "unhappy" and not sexually active it does not make him a saint and just like V , makers and certain people should introspect about the content they endorse in the name of "drama". Just because a show is fictional doesnt mean they can serve any nonsense in the name of drama . everything V has done is both illegal and immoral . He already got away with criminal and immoral behavior once in Shruti track. I really really hope that we wont get a repeat of that in this track . I am glad atleast Sai as a character has been shown calling out the guy's hypocrisy. It'll be a real disservice if she reconciles with a ch**** like V. My only hope is that Sai doesnt get butchered in future. She needs to keep her walls up, continue to recall why she left and why she didnt return. The reasons still stand. Infact she has validation now - the hypocrisy and the pathetic behavior of V and his family is intact. nothing has changed. She should be assured now that she absolutely made the right choice in keeping Savi away from a man like V. He doesnt deserve to be a father.
V is emotionally invested in P- he calls her a friend, he cares for her "feelings", he respects her opinion, he trusts her, he has amnesia about her illegal deeds. He hasnt slept with her or is not professing love to her but that does not excuse his crimes. Period. what he has done is betrayal to Sai- whether she was alive or dead. he married another woman and has adopted a child with another woman- that woman is a criminal who wronged Sai. So his awkwardness or hesitation from time to time in between the very much causal hugs, khana khilana and hand-holding, eyelocks do not count for anything. he is a cheater. glorifying or romanticizing his behavior cannot change the fact.
Its disgusting to see the makers in ITV constantly give narratives like this about bigamy, and immorality, and on top of that illegal things and then show no consequence for any of these criminal deeds. Ghatiya. There is a limit to the degree of rubbish to serve on the name of creative liberty. Imo, the best way to take this story forward will be to show Sai state that she is out of love but unfortunately they probably cant afford that ....but milking this bigamy crap is so unsavory. Its even more ridiculous that nor matter how many complaints the channel has a ready made template about how they are just giving over the top drama and have no intention to endorse illegal stuff. But thats exactly what they keep showing. Preleap there was uproar over the illegal surrogacy and now post leap they show bigamy and illegal adoption. 2 people with criminal records against them, falsifying a 2-year marriage just to adopt a kid, showing no mention of divorce or legal separation when they see that there are 2 wives for 1 man- how is all this unlawful nonsense on primetime tv acceptable?! unlike other shows, ghkkpm doesnt even call out the illegal stuff and if they do- they show it as inconsequential and irrelevant. Everyone has amnesia about all the illegal stuff. and there is actually audience out there that can watch this and support a character like V - how?! how do the makers butcher the ML to this degree and then continue to potray him as a "hero".
exaggeration, larger than life was fine. but why is illegal and immorality required. separation, angst, MU can happen without them showing blatantly unlawful and crass content. whats the need to make everything so so unpalatable
These guys had one show shut down after the bigamy nonsense yet they are recreating it. what is wrong with them?!
On an aside- I love the word doglapan. Its such a savage word. Its very apt to describe everything associated with V. hypocrisy, two-faced, zero integrity.
