Actually when this Scam kaand came out, I was surprised at her reaction when she came know about the pregnancy. But then I realized Ginni is conservative but she is not Orthodox. She knows Adi is from Canada so his lifestyle is different. And that's when she would have known Scam was probably not the only one in his life. So it's a given she wouldn't react to those accusations now, especially because it was Scam stating those to do the tamasha. She already knew all this before having feelings for him.
