Written update- September 29
The episode starts with kadambari lawyer handing the papers to the judge for her perusal. She pleads with the judge saying that years back, a heavily pregnant kaddu was a defeated , homeless, tired of life kinda soul who went with the flow of her emotions and committed the mistake of abandoning her child. But since then, she has regretted giving up the child. She has been searching for the child all these years and only now she came to know about the child being up for adoption and hence has come to claim her right. Kadambari pleads with the judge saying that she wants permission to visit her child. The judge grants visitation rights to kadambari but in the presence of indu or one of her family members. Kadambari thanks the judge. The judge says that since there has been a nee turn to the case, the court needs some more time to analyse and come to a decision. So the court is adjourned till tomorrow evening.
Asha messges bobji about kadambari’s arrival and bobji drops the milk vessel that he was holding. Mouj comes and he informs the same to her.
Indu’s lawyer comes and asks about kaddu. Indu says that after that fateful night, today only she is seeing kadambari. Asha tells that a few days back bobji met her at a restaurant. Indu asks why she wasn’t informed and asha says that a lot of things were going on in her life with the zoon custody and bobji didnt want to pile up her problems. The lawyer tells indu that kaddu’s plea is a major hindrance but she tells not to lose hope. She says she will look into the matter and come back.
Ritesh sees sameer winking at kadambari when she is leaving the court room. Kaamna tells ritesh to not meet kadambari since she can twist and manipulate the meeting into her favour. Rahul comes and tells him the lawyer wants to meet him and that deep chachu is already with the lawyer. Ritesh leaves and kaamna scolds dolly for going behind her back and teaming up with ritesh.
Indu is outside the court premises when kaddu comes to her and she does the same drama of searching and looking for her child all these years . She thanks indu for taking care of her. Indu tells her to cut her drama and that she doesnt buy her drama. Ritesh comes there and asks kadambari what is all this. He tells that he is the only one who can provide the best life for zoon. Kadambari tells him to shut up and says the truth is she is zoon mom and tells ritesh and indu to back off from the case. She wants her child back. Kaddu leaves. Ritesh asks indu and indu tells him that kaddu is only zoon mother. Ritesh tells her that he wants details of the night kaddu left zoon. Indu angrily tells ritesh to buzz off and that she is not sharing any details with him. The reason she stands to lose zoon is him. Had he not gone and complained to the authorities, kaddu wouldn’t have even come here. She tells that she will not let anyone snatch zoon from her and goes away.
Indu lawyer meets with kaddu lawyer who is her mentor. Kaddu lawyer tells that good to see her doing well but she needs to stop being emotional about her cases. To win cases, she needs mind and not get emotional. Indu lawyer says that all these years, she has been taking up cases and fighting for cases emotionally. Kaddu lawyer says that we will see if emotions win or facts win.
Ritesh lawyer tells him to back off from the case as he stands no chance between the two women -one her bio mom and other the woman who brought her up. Ritesh is adamant saying that he is the best of the three to bring zoon up but he isnsure that zoon should not go to kaddu. Kadambari is kameeni and indu is useless. Rahul tells that he needs to stop being judgemental about indu based on two instances - mall ans school. He is letting his judgement cloud his rational mind in seeing that indu is best for zoon. Indu would not be fighting tooth and nail to be with zoon if bringing zoon up was her majboori. This case was the best excuse to give zoon up but she is still standing and fighting to keep zoon. She and zoon were in a terrible state when they were separated. He tells that zoon will be truly happy only with indu and not him. The lawyer again tells him he doesn’t see a point in pursuing the case and leaves. Rahul tells ritesg to help indu.
Ritesh sees sameer talking to kaddu when he loses his cool and holds sameer collar. Rahul pulls him back. Ritesh asks him why he brought kaddu in. Sameer tells that she is zoon bio mom and he is supporting kaddu. Ritesh tells kaddu is kameeni when sameer tells that kaddu is sorted and capable. He tells ritesh that he is the fool here trying to separate a child from mom and jeopardising his career over a random fan of his. He has no relation to either zoon or indu. He tells ritesh that people will call him ruthless and mad that in his obsession over a child, he is separating her from her mother where as he is atleast trying to reunite a child to her bio mother. He tells that ritesh is the one destroying zoon life by neither letting her go to bio mom nor the one who actually brought her up. Sameer tells ritesh that he is not always right. Sometimes others are right too and he can be wrong.
Ritesh rethinks all the incidents with zoon and indu. He prays to mata rani that if Zoon considers indu her mom, he will make sure indu stays her mom.
Indu asks for leave as the case got pushed to another day. Vivek comes and he has gathered all info from net about kadambari being journalist and also the one behind the “ritesh ek di ka baap” article. Indu wonders why kadambari showed up after all these years. Kadambari involvement in this case has complicated things. She says that the lawyer conveyed that agiinst ritesh, indu had ahigh chance of winning but with kadambari not so much. Vivek tells may be ritesh brougt kadambari in since they are in the similar fields. He says that may be ritesh feared losing the case and brougt kadambari in . He says that money, power and media all are with ritesh. Indu says that she will not give up and she will keep zoon with her.
Precap: kaddu tells sameer that once the property is with her, she doesnt care whether zoon is dead or alive.
Indu closes the door on ritesh saying she or zoon dont want his help.
Ritesh meets judge and indu sees and misunderstands that he is using money to turn the judgement against her
