On the contrary I felt the congenital issue will work in favour of Sai.

Sure P is to be kept in gratitude for bringing Vinu back but she is responsible for giving him this pain. The specific mention of congenital disease puts the blame squarely on P BK and V. All of them are culprits of Vinu.

Sai was right when she said P shouldn't be allowed.
