The epi starts with Netra running towards the car, she tries to open the door , after many attempts she finally succeeds ..Netra tries to wake Advait but he is unconscious, so she drags him out of the car...she then is asking for help, even stops a motorcyclist who just drives away, finally she sees a cart , puts him on it ( she is lady Ironman, kahi hi karu shaktey) and starts pushing it...on the way she is asking the locals for help who give a blind eye to her calls ( director ne sangitla asel, laksha naka deu), one boy is even shown recording Netra pushing the cart , anyway, finally she reaches the hospital, the wardboys put him on a stretcher and bring him in, the doc asks Netra if she has reported the accident to the police as it is mandatory to do so, Netra says she hasn't , so the doc checks Advait 's pockets and takes out his wallet which has his identity card ..the doc calls Shekhar who is shocked , the doc tells him to come ASAP as Advait is critical..Shekhar is having FB's of Advait and he remembers Guruji's words that he will be safe in his karma bhoomi but not janmabhoomi..

Here Rupali is talking with mama and asks him to confirm that Advait is dead by now, Mama tells her to have patience, but she snaps at him saying she has been keeping patience since 20 yrs and wants her biological sons to inherit the property and not Advait when in comes Shekhar, she gives Shekhar some stupid reason that she was talking with her friend ( will not go into the details of the illogical convo ), Shekhar decides to not tell her as he thinks she would be stressed and tells her he is leaving for the hospital he had given grant to..all through this mama is listening from the other side, Rupali gets back on the call as Shekhar leaves and tells mama that he is going to the hospital and didn't tell her as he thinks she would get disturbed upon hearing the news..mama tells her that no Pooja paath is going to save Advait now, On the other hand Netra is shown asking Devi aai to save his life..

BTW, the hospital which is shown was earlier the polyclinic in ABA!! The police is taking down the details of the accident from Netra..The docs are shown performing the surgery...epi ends..

Precap, Shekhar is driving and talking to Guruji over the phone, that despite the holy thread, Advait met with an accident, Guruji says it's impossible for any bad deed to occur when the holy thread is around Advait's neck, Shekhar is at the hospital and asking the doc if the holy thread was in Advait's neck, but the doc denies seeing any..

Have grown up watching Aishwarya Narkar 's shows , I very well remember she was on a plumper side, also a few years back , I had heard somewhere that she was ill and a dog had bitten her as well!!

I think most of the shooting is taking place in Thane and small villages nearby!!
