SC should take action against people filing pointless cases/PILs and wasting the Court's time.
{Not talking only abt this one, I mean in general. People have started filing all kinds of stupid cases in the last few years.}
Public humiliation (through court opinions or during the trial) is one of my favorite ways of punishing idiots.
It’s such a joy to hear a judge tear into a lawyer for knowingly breaking the rules of ethics and filing an obviously moot lawsuit and wasting the court’s time.
