Written update- 26 sept

The episode starts with indu meeting zoon. Zoon says sorry to indu. She says she knows that her presence in indu’s life is the cause of all indu’s problems. She is not happy. She went to jail

Because of her. All problems in indu’s life are because of her. She is not able to get married. Indu tells that what she is thinking is wrong. Indu tells zoon that she is her life. She tells that zoon is the best gift life gave her. She tells zoon that she had lot of problems before zoon came into her life. She was heartbroken and lost in life. Zoon came along and all the happiness and motivation to live life came along. She tells zoon no matter what the whole world says, she says that she is only her mouj and zoon is the world best beti. Zoon hugs her calling mouj. Everyone are happy. The child center lady is standing there. The child center lady apologizes to indu for all the hassles caused but she tells that indu cannot take zoon to her home. She will have to be kept in foster care. Zoon will have to live with a family who is neither her bio parents nor the ones who want to adopt her. Some neutral family. Vivek agrees to be the foster family. And the child center lady agrees to process the papers. Everyone is happy. Indu takes zoon away when ritesh stops her. The child center lady tells that vivek agreed to foster her so she is going to vivek house.

Ritesh is disappointed and kaamna does drama saying that all this happened because of her but she came back to give medicines to bhabhi which is why she was not at the child center to be with zoon. Ritesh tells her not to blame herself. Kaamna tells him to rest and its late night.

Sameer calls kadambari and tells that he knows where zoon is. Kadambari acts cool and sameer says he knows everything and tells her to cut the act. He says zoon is with vivek under foster care. He assures kadambari that he is not judging her for her past and tells that he is just a phone call away if she needs him.

Indu thanks vivek for taking zoon under foster care. Mata rani is brought in by a society lady. Indu prays to give her strength to fight anyone and everyone who wants to separate her from zoon.

She tells vivek that she wants to adopt zoon.

Indu and zoon have a small moment making sandwich cookies when zoon refuses to eat sabdwich

Malhotra’s and rainas in their houses do mata rani pooja to mark the beginning of navratri. Ritesh prays for zoon happiness. Indu prays that god give her all the sadness that is destined for zoon and fill her with happiness. Zoon prays that mata rani fulfill indu and genie ritesh wishes.

The child center lady informs ritesh that a single man cannot adopt a girl. Ritesh vows to adopt zoon.

Indu informs mouj of her decision to adopt zoon. Mouj says she cannot support indu’s decision. Indu vows to never marry.

Consent of both spouses is required. Either child of any gender may be adopted by a single female. Unmarried men are ineligible to adopt female children. A couple cannot be given a kid for adoption unless they have been in a committed relationship for two years.

There seem to be several criminal cases of child abuses, molestation & child trafficking rackets selling girls locally & abroad too, under the pretext of men adopting orphan children legally.😒 Such adoption misuse cases by men might have happened, either without taking consent of their spouse if married, or as a single parent. Happen to read sometime back, adoption law has been amended.

Kaamna's lawyer may be aware & both were hiding it from Ritesh. Even Rahul was telling its not easy to adopt Zoon, but impulsive Ritesh wasn't even taking second opinion with another lawyer. 🤔

Written update- 27 sept

The episode starts with the child center lady coming to malhotra house. She apologizes for the zoon running away fiasco. Ritesh apologizes for losing his cool. The woman says that zoon js lucky to have him and indu in her life who are ready to go to any lengths to protext her. Ritesh says that he is filing for full legal custody of zoon when the lady says that a single man cannot adopt a girl child as per law. Ritesh is furious and wants to meet his lawyer. Ritesh is pissed at the lawyer for lying to him and when the lawyer is about to take kaamna’s name for the lie, kaamna comes in and scolds him and tells him to get out.

Ritesh decides to take things in his own hands when deep chahcu and dolly come down and tell him that they are ready to help in anyway and they are ready to bring zoon. Ritesh gets an idea. Also, ritesh tells rahul that once he has full custody, he will let indu meet zoon bu zoon will stay at his house.

Indu after the mata rani pooja says to her family that she wants to adopt zoon. When her mom tells her to think iver, she tells tgat She comitted a mistake by listening to mouj and not doing it before but now no one can stop her. Mouj comments that this girl is considering her as enemy when bobji says that her actions have been like that. In all these years, she had not been able to understand her child’s happiness lies with zoon.

Indu meets the lawyer and the lawyer questions her about the lying in court to get bail when indu says that if she were her bio mom, then people would not be scrutinising every small word/ action of hers. The lawyer agrees to help her.

Sameer tells kaddu that she has to face ritesh in court. Kaddu asks him why he is with her instead of his brother. What does he get out of supporting her. Sameer tells he is just being a friend to her and he doesn’t understand ritesh’s obsession for a random child. Kaddu tells that her lawyer has said that since she is bio mom, court cannot really deny her.

Indu is on the laptop whenzoon. Comes and talks to indu. Indu explains about custody to her saying that court has to give permission for both of them to stay together. And then they will be inseparable.

Next morning, indu prays to mata rani and wants to leave when mouj comes and offers dahi shakkar. Zoon comes and ties the mata rani cloth on her forehead as ashirwad and wishes her good luck. Indu and vivek leave for court.

Ritesh calls anjali and wants to talk to zoon. He says that he needs her good wishes and zoon wishes well for him. Zoon prays to matarani to fulfill both indu and ritesh wishes .

Ritesh also arrives in court amidst the media asking him about the custody. Vivek is surprised but indu says that she knew he will go to any lengths to separate her from zoon.

Sameer is watching from the sidelines and comments that one child and three people are fighting and he sees entertainment in all this.
