Trying to find tv serials with female villains

Hello I wanted to know any hindi serial with female villains who dress like Kaali Pari/ Cruella from Son Pari, and Chulbuli Chudail from Gili Gili Gappa.

They wear huge capes with large collars standing up. Can someone let me know any serials who have actresses wearing this. Thank you.
