Can be if sai works in a hospital and karishma's bf by chance is working there too. Karishma visits him and sai spots them.

No I feel Sai will not guage Karishma is cheating .. she will think she doesn’t want to keep the baby ..

later on reveal to mohit .. Mohit will think the baby is his .. at a much later stage ..it will come out that Karishma was cheating .. blame on Sai ( why I don’t know ) but this is a huge plot which can involve every one in omi family .. the repercussions.. to keep or let the baby go away ,

My theory on karishma affair...

She will be not involved in physical cheating but emotionally she is....she will be dumped by the other man and later she learns she is pregnant with mohit child but he won't accept it as his child and she will be thrown out .....karishma will go and stay with sai and sai will prove the truth....by this time mohit will get involved with other girl...and finally sai will somehow reunite both

Hoping more ss for sneha and less for vihaan....cannot tolerate his acting....horrible

Hope they start all these fast. Will be interesting to see all these tracks rather than making Savi cry always to compensate/show Virats anger.

Yes I did feel poki was quite tolerable today ..she was concerned as a friend .. not a demanding wife ..

i agree the episode was on the pain of 4 people .. Savi , sai , virat abd vinu all 4 are suffering in doses .. vinu comparatively less .. but his pain may have been a lot more in orphanage
