TOH had a worldwide gross of 328 crore and the budget was much lesser than Brahmastra and its considered a Disaster. Brahmastra with 410 crore budget would do a business around its budget and its a Hit .

in BHRAMastra team words, Hero muft mein kaam kiya, Lokhandwala market mein VFX cheap price mein mila, 1 BHRAMastra = 3 movies. so budget should be divided by 3.
