It's amazing how a flipper like him get sso much attention by the media and people on the interweb!

The guy has a history of spewing garbage and backtracking on his own words - he has done it umpteen number of times. But he still has a following because he trolls a certain section of people who are soft targets

Maybe it's just me but I don't think people should support someone currently under investigation for sexual assault just for petty arguments on a forum.

I don't know about India, but civil rights don't get suspended because someone's under investigation unless there's a specific gag order from the court. Even then, it cannot be applied retroactively, esp to something completely unrelated, and used to arrest someone.

Which is what happened in KRK's case. He is under investigation for sex assault allegation. That is used to gag potential public outcry over his arrest over *disrespectful* tweets on Rishi Kapoor and Irrfan Khan.

Freedom of speech applies even to criminals. Any contrary situation like a gag order has to be carefully weighed by the courts. If not, FOE will eventually get taken away from regular people too.

I am confused as to what you are talking about? What gag order was placed on KRK?

If anyone was discussing whether KRK has faced due process or whether KRK is guilty or not, that I get. But no one here is discussing that. It's just petty fights based on some inconsistent nonsense tweets KRK has made, who clearly doesn't have a track record of being trustworthy. If anything he is using the other nonsensical case over the tweets and this Brahmastra angle to distract from the other allegations. Which is definitely fishy to me.
