Usually in real life, if a person likes a movie then its a HIT for them, regardless of whether it earned 200cr or 20 cr in the theater. One of my cousins absolutely loved Laal Singh Chaddha - she watched it thrice in theaters with different groups. Try telling her that it was a disaster - zero Fs would be given and she will probably rewatch it again once its out on OTT
Exactly! there are so many examples like that but general public dont care about BO numbers. Arey they barely have time to check all these details. Their funda is very simple and straightforward. if its entertaining for them, it is a hit film irrespective of BO success or failure.
