Like those Middle Eastern monarchies who are not just figureheads, they have absolute power

The citizens are imprisoned just for breathing a word against them

For ex in Jordan where the Monarchy is supposed to be very modern the penalty for criticizing the royal family is greater than for criticizing the Prophet
