I have read an article about part 2 of the trilogy. In the article, it's written Brahamastra part 2: Dev has been announced. Hrithik Roshan or Ranveer Singh will play the lead role. You can share your thoughts on this topic.

Dev kya Shiva ka reincarnation ho sakta hai? Ya phir ek totally different character hoga?

The silhouette did look like Hrithik, could be Ranveer too . His love interest looked like Deepika . None of their faces were clearly shown

Ranbir will look too old to play ML by the time part 2 releases , I think it would be better if they cast someone else to be Dev , and make Shiva parallel lead or second lead .
