Grand trailer! Liked everything...the cinematography, the crowd/battle scenes (well employed VFX, not something unrealistic), what I saw of the acting/actors (especially Aish at what she represents/embodies the best) and what I heard of the score.

Epic story, Mani Ratman, 2 parts and IMAX...wow, THAT I call a veritable cinematic event at the theatres (for me definitely Tamil with english subtitles).

I think this was Aishwarya's beauty at its best😍😍 but the trailer still could have been better, or maybe it was the dubbing that ruined it for me. Still, the feels in the trailer, oh boy🔥🔥🔥

Same here… there’s so much going on. And it’s only the first part.

I have faith in Mani Ratnam to do justice to the novel. I was only doubting his ability to pull of a film of this scale, since he’s never even attempted period films before. But given how grand the visuals look, I’m pretty relieved that he has pulled it off!!

Exciting times ahead.
