Isha bechari abhishek ke junk food ki maariđ And overall she hogs like crazy upar se body build bulky hai and she ain't that tall. To match anki in certain scenes isse patle pe khada kiya tha. I mean stool. Guptaji ki baat karo tho long hours and no workout upar se banda khaye jaata hai not exactly junk but he just eats a lot. Bukkad hai kya kare. So phail gaya thoda but after cold war with pri he's back to work outs and body is back in shape but face has aged owing to long hours under harsh lighting the make up and ya his smoking and peg sheg shayad zyaada ho gaya tha. Coming to Pri her metabolism rate is faster than usual so fat accumulation rate kam hota hai. Also she takes care of diet as in normal khaati hai favourites are rajma chawal and churma which she said she can't live without. avoids sweets and junk food bas. She's not work out fanatic as such but glamour industry main hai tho maintain karna padta hai. She has great bone structure and longer legs. Build lean hai so looks all the more better. Hopefully she will stay this way a few more years coz iss industry maintain karna mushkil hai as u c the older actresses tend to put on. I wud want to c what project she takes up next. Should be a good one not usual rona dhona ITV drama. Anki boi ko tho Punjab raas aa gaya lagta haiđ supposedly wants to explore Punjab film industry. I think mrs dubey ke saath koi film kar lega if he likes the role.đ
