It wasn’t just IF though. The movie’s hype had decreased and that’s something a few trade analysts were even lamenting about a few days ago. So it seems a bit suspicious that advance booking is so good from day one.

Anyway, it’s not just Brahmstra. All movies lately have been getting this extra hype where they give a prediction based on advance booking and then the final opening numbers are always lower. Shamshera was supposed to open anywhere from 15-20cr based in advance booking. JJJ was expected to open with double digits.

Eh, Shamshera's initial advance looked like a double digit opening. WOM was awful. It went down. There were two sections of tweets for Shamshera. The samosa critics as Bri calls them who were calling it close to 20. And the BOI, Taran, Komal types who were calling closer to 12. Here both sets are confident.

Of course Brahmastra has only had one day of pre-sales and could be super front-loaded. But even worst case, it was always going to start bigger than Shamshera. Kesariya alone would have guaranteed that. Of course, the film could be God awful and crash by the evening. I don't think it will be like Shamshera though. Looks just dumb enough to keep people happy.

I mean regardless of whether it makes 50 or 300 crores, it won't turn a profit. So I don't see sequels anyway 😆

if the box office advance booking is really as strong and if it is not some kind of PR move😲 then i afraid we are going to get on the release day of this film also ranveer´s one night with assman video😆god help us all🥱
