It's the same among the Gen Z in Hollywood too. It's so off putting. Also, I don't think they are trolling, it's just how they speak.

They're not from South Bombay though. They live in the Western suburbs, in Bandra/Juhu. I've heard many girls from International schools in Bombay speak like this. In this strange, sing- song way. It sounds horrible.
