Fire in Hanuman ji's tail was Ranvan's doing. It was not his strength. In fact he uses uncontrolled fire to burn down Lanka and later on to put it off he had to jump into the water. Besides Shiva the main character in the movie has fire as his strength which probably he can control. It should have been unique to him. Now, what's the difference?
