I feel Pakhi will have some disease. So even after Sai comes.home he will be busy taking care of Pakhi, taking her to doctor, fulfilling her wishes etc.

Good Sai will be with kids and BK will like varis.

Dont care of Virat s with her or not.

For Bhavani, Mohit used to be nikhattu so she never asked him for heir but now he manages Santra business na. It should not be a problem
