Seriously, if you are under the impression that your wife passed away, it's not a crime to move forward with another person....
But this choice is very much questionable..... The reason for half the crisis in your life possibly can't be your companion .......
A reformed pakhi (major assumption) can maybe still live in your house for no good reason and you be housemates but married real or fake is sooooo not necessary

What's the best way to honor your dead wife other than marrying the same woman who mentally tortured and harassed her for the entire duration of their marriage! Sai made it very much clear from the deal phase that she has an issue with Pakhi getting in between them, even after their confession she continued telling her she's uneasy but he ignored all that. Then Sai was proven right and he declared in front of all that he's grateful Sai is his wife and not Pakhi. How can he go back after that?
I don't care if he decided to move on with another woman but not Pakhi who made Sai's life living hell plus was the reason for her departure. Was it that difficult for him to raise his son in a joint family with so many women? That was his whole excuse for snatching vinu from Sai that he too was raised by the women in his family. So how come he needed a f@ck buddy to raise Vinayak this time?
