Honestly, Sanjana ka character is the missing bit of the puzzle.
It's very hard for me to write Sanju since there is no part of me that really resonates with her. Baaki sab, I can relate to on at least, some level, but Sanju thodi hard hai likhne mein. Mujhe pata hai I am not doing justice to her character par... main try kar rahi hoon. Ab main kya karoon? 😭
May be, just may be, showing Sanjana being better at certain things than say Karan and Faizi and that comes out evidently and the cadets start looking up to her for who she is not because Karan and Faizi trust her.
Haan, I get what ya mean. I have been looking for opportunities and this division of labor- with Sanju managing the security of the academy was an attempt. Ab pata nahi dhang se dikha paungi ya nahi, but I am trying to make her be the head of this particular thing.
Being the head of security when you are anticipating an attack- not in normal situation- is far different and difficult because agar security breech hui toh you are the one held responsible.
May be her multi-tasking with Investigation while Karan and Faizi are out and managing the Academy being the next in the chain of command to taking sessions to may be even helping in the preparations for Deepawali. I don't know, just thinking out loud.
Achha, this is something I have been thinking. Since the academy is a central power, would they celebrate Diwali? Because if that's the case, they should celebrate every festival- Christmas, Eid, etc. with the same grace, which I suppose, is not possible?
Holidays makes sense because Diwali comes with 5 festivals in a row toh along with the weekend, a week long break isn't too out of it, but... Idk, are you getting what I mean?
With Monami being able to interact more with the trainers for the sheer reason of staying back on campus, I don't know yeh kitna achcha hoga. While there is still the cadet-trainer equation, in my view, it is invariably not received well.
It is like saying just because a team member stays up late at office (out of own will), they will naturally be the manager's favourite, has preferred treatment and such. The actual reasons don't really stand a ground.
Nah, nah, I don't mean favorite in any sense. Ab jaise, taking the example you said, about a team member staying late at office and then getting to talk to the manager, because they now have free time that they can afford to idle away doesn't mean the person is now a favorite and they'll have any sort of preferred treatment.
Aise dekho toh Karan, who has openly declared that Monami is his best cadet, or Faizi, whose girlfriend is Koel, should be biased towards them in training but neither did Faizi protest to the punishment Koel was dished out, nor was Karan any gentle to the cadets for the punishments.
Aise samjho- if you are my boss and I talk to you about anything other than work, and we end up having a friendly relationship based on that, uska matlab yeh thodi naa hai ki main tumhaari favorite aur tum mujhe special treatment dogi.
Spending a little time because you are FREE doesn't mean favorite and being favorite also doesn't mean preferred treatment, especially when it comes to training.
As for getting to spend time more, ab aap kahin par rukoge, toh ek kamre mein side par toh nahi baith jaoge. You'll interact with people. Moreover, Sanju is her roommate, Karan is her friend, and Faizi is a friendly person in general, toh it's a given she'll get to talk to them more.
Is that what you meant or was it something else and I understood it differently?
P.S. I don't know if this is intentional or I am reading it wrong ya kya, par kabhi kabhi tumhaari tone seems so passive aggressive ya sarcastic. 😆 Complaint nahi tha, just a comment.
