Emotional investment, protectiveness, love, companionship, marriage with all its rituals, legalities and just the emotions - that is something sacred.

V has cheated on Sai by emotional investing in other women. Never apologized or clarified. Never been upfront. Pp truth took forever to come out and till pp'd own confession no one knew just how sick she was and even her confession didn't disgust or evoke a reaction from anyone. Hid Shruti's feelings for him from Sai. Allowed her to kiss him , hug him. Physical contact with these women has never been a matter of hesitation or awkwardnezs for him. The only time hes has an issue is whe he has been "angry" so he has refused their touch but when he has needed to hold them , ZERO hesitation despite the strained relationships with both, especially pp.

He made Shruti his wife on paper and her child as his on paper. He didn't seek his wife's approval or inform her. He never apologized for it. He could have made her his sister but he opted for wife

He allowed pp to be mistaken for his wife in an OB clinic. No discomfort. No addressing the issue with pp.

He repeatedly prioritized others over Sai.

So whats worse - lust or emotional infidelity, negligence, cruelty ?
