Even from a neutral basis, and solely by seeing what they show, and the dialogues, he comes of as someone who hates Sai and completely disrespects or doesn’t even see her POV. There is a clear choice to choose, your wife and kid. Pakhi is definitely not homeless and this after she herself confessed, she is heaven benefit of doubt but Sai’s sacrifices are not even considered.
it is so strange that he flips so quickly. He couldn’t stand Ajinkya in Sai’s room, and never once understood how it would bother Sai in pakhis presence , even now after Pakhi openly accepted, he can’t even make the connection that Sai was right in her worries and still supported them. Please he has chucked out Sai, even thought she has rights to stay in house cos she is bahu of house.

Target audience of shows like Ghum and Anupamaa are women and you'd see how women forgive everything except someone eyeing their husbands

For example - When Sai left CN after Devyani's wedding, we all came to a conclusion that Virat was guilty of domestic violence and everyone supported Sai when she left him but same batch cheered for her when she came back and jataoed her rights as a wife on Virat

One would think why do you want her to play wife to someone who abused her? But people see themselves in Sai and the ultimate goal is Sai happy with Virat or Sai with some other man

You'd see how easy it was for them to redeem a murderer but none will accept redemption of someone who has her her eye on female lead's husband

Logically, there's no redemption for people like Jagtap

In this track , I find Virat to be out and out wrong . He could never understand his wife’s fears . She was right when she rejected Pakhi as surrogate and it was proved right in the end . After the truth revelation, he still doesn’t trust that Sai’s fears are justified to certain extent . He knew how his whole family and him fell into Pakhi’s trap twice . Once during Mb and one fake pregnancy then how could he guarantee it won’t happen again especially when Sai is seeing how the family is itching to bring back Pakhi home.

Even after all the revelations he stood by Pakhi not his wife . In MB , when Pakhi puts forth unacceptable demands he accepts it and doesn’t get angry at Pakhi for it . He offers friendship and does more than a friend does . Even if Sai’s demands were unreasonable he could have accepted it for her sake just like her did for his friend instead of dismissing it .

He can redeemed provided Vankar doesn’t make him stoop so low every single time .

My wish list for the leap FB:

- Virat finds Vinu and asks Aai to raise him as per Sai's last wish

- P reboots her Chai service

- P is kept away from Vinu by Devi Tai as she had promised her dear Sai

- Reminds P that bcoz of her, he lost his pyari cheez

- UM or Pulkit jiju or both give Chavannis a whole list of their kaale kartoot(Ah Mohit and Shivani please open your mouth and can speak up too)

- Someone point out to Kaku that her Zidd to bring P back, cost Sai her life. - Matriarch of the family is a serial baby snatcher, please koi bole yeh

- Kaku is guilt ridden and retires. Karishma is head of the fam (just for fun)

- Virat is parenting Vinu and secretly missing Sai

- Sai initially does not return to CN bcoz she is not sure if the pregnancy would be successful

- Sai is aware of Vinu's survival and that he is with Virat.

- Sai is capable of taking care of two kids but fears that she might not survive like her mother. So lets go of Vinu to focus on her "good" news.

- Returns to CN with Saavi but notices something that makes her reconsider her decision

- Oh I would love to see V manaofying Sai. But it would be out of V's character to show his affection if he is not sure of Sai's feelings.
