This Independence Day weekend I re-watched so many movies!❤️First I came across Parichay on Zee5, so watched that immediately. It is so good. Watched both the 1995 Colin Firth version as well as the 2005 version. And then on 15th night I stepped back into 2022 & ended the long weekend by rewatching To All The Boys I Have Loved Before😳Peter & LJ

I have never watched so many movies in such a short period of time😆but it was a weekend very well spent thanks to them!!😳

@Mukta, Neha: While watching Pride & Prejudice I went to its Tumblr tag & found a lot of gaali galoch for Persuasion...I hear its a new movie up on NF. Have you watched it? Is it really that bad?? Or just the movie cannot be as good as the book kinda bad??

Yes, Persuasion with Dakota Johnson has got very bad reviews. But then that is least popular and appreciated book by Jane Austen. I haven't watched because the book was no good too.

I am just asking if you saw Persuasion on Netflix. Read some very bad reviews of it so wanted to know if its really that bad.

एकदम साधा, सरळ, boarding school मधली मुलं, ragging, मस्ती, friendship, ठसन, आणि प्रेम.. सगळंच खूप simple छान आहे.

रॉकफर्ड माझ्या सगळ्यात आवडत्या चित्रपटांपैकी एक आहे . नागेश कुकनूरचा दुसरा चित्रपट, त्याचा पहिला चित्रपट होता हैदराबाद ब्लूज , तो मी नाही पहिला आहे . पण रॉकफर्ड म्हणजे मस्तच चित्रपट आहे.

रॉकफर्डची गाणी पण भारी आहेत पण हे गाणं मात्र KK ला अजरामर करून गेलं आणि KK ने ह्या गाण्याला अजरामर केलं.

मी लाल sing chadhha हा movie पाहिला.

Frankly speaking, हा मूवी जरी boycott नसता केला, तरी नसता चालला.

यात काहीही नाहीये बघण्यासारखं.

आमिर खान च्या प्रत्येक वाक्याची सुरुवात ummm...hmmm अशी होते, आणि शेवटी 'हो जी, हौ जी' याने होती.

त्याचे ते सतत डोळे मोठे करून बोलणे, सतत स्वतः innocent असल्या सारख वागणं, वेड्या सारख धावत सुटणं हे सगळं बेगडी, ओढून ताणून आणल्या सारखं वाटत.

करीना कपूर च्या ऐवजी कोणीही नवोदित actress असती, तरी चालली असती.

पहिल्या frame पासून, शेवटच्या frame पर्यंत आमिरच आमिर आहे.

आणि मोना सिंग ला मोठ्या आमीर खान ची आई बघणं हा अजून एक ताप आहे.

मी 'शाब्बास मिथु' हा movie सुद्धा पाहिला.

मला मुळातच mithali राज खूप आवडते.

तापसी as mithali काही प्रमाणात यशस्वी झाली आहे.

बाकी actress सुद्धा ठीक ठीक.

Mithali चा struggle सुद्धा बऱ्यापैकी दखवला आहे.

पण तरीही..ये दिल मांगे more...
