I mean, if I have one inpatient consult note where one detail is wrong or I have made a mistake in documentation, I feel SO upset at myself and embarrassed. I think about how poorly it reflects on the quality of my work that it gives me so much grief.
Do these guys have any sense of ownership or self-respect- this is THEIR show. will they feel happy or proud to show this piece of trash to anyone?!
