Attending different conferences, Nidhi preparing for her MD/MS and Ashu helping her crack her entrance exam, her college schedule and married life, how they go hand in hand. They could have shown how a life of a neurosurgeon is so uncertain and how contrasting it became as compared to Nidhi's.

And suppose it was launched during the COVID times. How every other turned into fulfilling COVID duties. How Nidhi being worried about Ashutosh contracting the virus. How Ashutosh teaches Nidhi the lesson of absolute dedication to the medical profession.

By this time they should have had small kids, the kind of worry that they both would have had with only Bade Baba and Hiraman Kaka trying to take care of the kids while Colonel Mathur and Dadi Bua are stuck in the other house.

All the medical dilemmas would have made the story so amazing...
