30 Cr is the primary fee, which only a few selected actors can charge. Also, now when we have stars producing their own films, these fees are no longer in question. Actors are switching to other models of payment.

Don't know about this. But if one actor charges 30 crores, then the movie overall cost will go beyond 100 crores and that will be difficult to break even, if that movie doesn't appeal to mass. And actors do play role in initial hype, though it has come down these days.

Still I think 30 crores is bit high
