Yeah that's true, aamir should play roles that suit his age. Also audiences want to see fresher talent with interesting storylines!

Tom hanks was 38 when he played FG

FG himself was 38 when the movie ends...

He could've atleast cast a younger star if all he was going to do was that wide eyed impression

yes, agree, same with prthviraj, audience sensibility has changed rapidly in the last few years

younger actor, low budget and tighter script and wrap up in ayr or so and it would have done well

i remember in olden films actors used to be so unfit and pudgy but one point tide totally changed

same now, audience are exposed to korean, hw and young stars from south they will compare

also taste of audience in acting has also changed, they are liking natural subtle performances

i think pk if released now would have been trolled for acting, aamir was a natural actor. god knows when he jumped into this unnatural style

i couldnt watch pk style then itself, till ghajini he was great (dangal was ok)

There is so much scope for older actor to be hero even if they play older characters.

Vikram is a recent example. Aamir himself did Dangal.

PK mein usne voice intonation mast kiyela tha. Woh USP tha saare jokes land hone ku. LSC le trailer mein mujhe utna dum nahin laga voice ke aspect mein. Maybe usko stereotype nahin karna tha character....

yes, but you need good directors and scripts for that,

vikram veda will be age appropriate

drishyam also , yes vikram also was fine but you have to accept your age and give space to younger actors in your movies and also stop romancing women half your age, romance itself may not be needed in all movies

see sorrarai pottru, suriya is much younger but romance is really mature

Aamir needs to stop doing cartoonish characters if he wants to continue doing films, it simply doesn’t suit his age and he isn’t good in it as well. I loved his performance in Dangal, nothing over the top, very likeable on screen.

yes, cartoonish looks well when you are young, when you are 20-30romatic antics can be indulged

jaise chote bache mischief karte hain tho cute lagta hain, i will look like an ass if i do it

bb2 main karthik was watchable because of age, if akshay or aamir did it, it will be a mess
