yeah it's been consistently getting 2.0 and has been a slot leader as well so this makes no sense whatsoever. however no one from the team has confirmed the news and both sumbul and fahmaan have shared funny ig stories. but again actors usually dont share off-air news until the ph gives them the permission

i know sumbul and fahmaan will be back with new shows but what about the characters imlie and aryan? i fell in love with the characters, not the actors, so if the show goes off-air i'll never get my arylie back. the storyline has also gotten so much better now after a few weeks of torture with jyoti's track..and then this news came like a whiplash. Anyway this day would've come anyway, just didn't expect it to come so soon

@yrhpk: i know exactly how you felt...it took me a loooong time too to accept it. i still can't go back and rewatch yrhpk episodes because it hurts. Besides i found imlie after yrhpk which helped me move so and i'm not sure how long it'll take me to move on from imlie

@photos: imlie's makers often use SuMaan's off screen photos, but again i'm thankful because atleast because of them we get to see these cute photos

NOW she realizes what's weird? like madam you didn't find shutting down a successful show weird? 😡

this lady also has the audacity to put the blame on the actors indirectly? why couldn't you hire better writers and not show the stupid pregancy track? what does it mean the main story has ended? there could've been so many tracks, even post arylie's marriage but no, now madam is worried about feeding 150 households...this is ipk deja vu again except this time i dont want sumbul and fahmaan to continue working with this crappy PH. As much as i will miss arylie, i don't want them to play parents at such a young age. the only reason i'm tolerating cheeni in the current track is because she isn't arylie's child and the actress is also very cute

ikr? i don't get her arrogance either, especially when this show achieved all the success DESPITE her step motherly treatment. she never appreciated SuMaan, not once praised the show's writers or creatives but now all of a sudden she's wondering about livelihood of 150 people? i don't get what even prompted her to suddenly "care" so much about imlie because this show is doing well in TRP. in fact was in top 5 this week in TRP so i don't think sitara threatened to take it off air. in fact sitara has been promoting arylie and SuMaan every week on rwsp. because of rwsp, show's budget increased and aryan got a nice mansion and everyone got a wardrobe update..which i think happened because sitara pushed the ph to do

i hope her arrogance falls flat on it's face just like ipk3..that time she ignored sanaya and we all saw what happened..i feel really bad for both sumbul and fahmaan now. sumbul has given her heart and soul to this show for last 2 years and fahmaan also made aryan's character iconic. i dont know why GK is so miffed with them and i dont think she will even let arylie's story complete one year (they started last november)

@bold: idk what happened..from what i understood from imlie's forum is that gul never cared about this show from the beginning because it was a remake from a bengali show and they stuck to the original track for a long time. atif has been the director and muskan has been the creative director since the beginning who have handled the show since day1. but some tiff happened between gashmeer and the PH (not sure if Gul or Atif had problme with gashmeer) so gashmeer quit. and to prove gashmeer wrong that without him the show can still run, Atif (the director) created Aryan's character. Atif made aryan the best ML on ITV and we both know he did a damn good job at it. but unfortunately since gul's webseries aashiqana started, atif was moved to that and someone else was directing imlie, this happened during the baccha track. fans were begging atif to come back to imlie but he couldn't

but a few weeks ago atif quit both aashiqana and imlie. then last week muskan (the creative director) quit too. then this week another director quit. we were a little worried at all the quitting but thought maybe they are bringing a new team..now i think i know what happened. maybe all of them got tired of gul's arrogance and had no option to quit a show so close to their heart. now with the leap, both fahmaan and sumbul will quit too

anyway gul thinks she can make the show famous with leads like aryan's character replaced aditya but that credit goes entirely to atif and fahmaan, not gul herself.

@gul - i know right, it's really weird to me why so much of hate for their own show? maybe she was unwilling to take up this show from the beginning itself but did on channels insistence, much like RS did YRHPK on sitara's force. so both PHs didn't care for their shows and wanted to get rid of them asap.

@Fans - Bad thing is fans get hurt in all this tussle between ph and channel's adamancy, without any fault. We get attached to their shows, we promote them and at the end we dont even get a happy ending.

@atif-gashmeer-fahmaan - hmm got it. looks like production issue but what can a director do if PH is unwilling to give money (assuming tiff was about production value or remuneration?) or want him to focus on something else? Anyway, hope the actors get good roles after this too.

dont say sorry, I can totally understand how it feels when our fav show goes off air, the pit in the stomach takes some time to go away. but it will. we have done this before and you can do it again. dont stress over it, remember these shows are anyway supposed to be finite. and you have got many good memories from it. keep sharing whatever and whenever you want to say something 🤗
