I wasn't trying to absolve malini and her role, i was merely pointing out that Malini manipulated the situations and all the actions were done by arylie themselves which lead to first loss of chiku and later their seperation.
So they can't absolve their own responsibility, blame it on Malini, she openly declared war on imlie, she wasn't hiding from anyone of them like last situation with AKT, where he trusted her.
In this situation, both arylie were aware of her intentions and they took the responsibility to protect both chiku and gudiya.
Remember the scene where she handed gudiya to him and said she's your responsibility and chiku is mine. Essentially they failed in teamwork and the damage was soo huge they couldn't look beyond that loss and started blaming eachother for it. This was the reason for their seperation more than malini as per me. It's a test of times and they failed, as simple as that.
I like how you have explained this. Having been watching it again since reunion what I’m missing is how Imlie hasn’t shown any feelings, connection etc to what happened that led to the separation, unless I have just missed it all.
I have read some of the posts where they say she has become stone-like etc but to not show anything or even mention Chiku even to her mum I find strange. The reunion storyline has just been based around ASR wanting an apology regarding the article and her not complying (rightfully so) but nothing about losing Chiku. I have therefore found it hard to relate to the story.
That aside, I will have to say though, Chinni has grown on me. Such a cutie💝
