If Ginni was in Adi’s place people would have started saying ‘omg look at the girl she has a bad character’. Portrayal of females being the virgin/innocent creates bad expectations.

Also, just because Adi is rich and good looking doesn’t make it ok to have ONS or make him manly. For some reason TV producers think ONS makes the ML macho. If he was in a serious relationship that’s a totally different thing. At this point we only know about Sam and don’t know how many more girls he had ONS.

I agree we can’t blame Adi for sleeping with Sam because back then he didn’t know about Ginni or the love interest he will have with her. I think at this time he still doesn’t know he will fall in love with her lol

Exactly. The least they can do here is at least show that Ginny had a guy in her life before, a boyfriend or something so she doesn't seem so inexperienced in front of Adi. Having responsibilities and burdens does not rule out potential for having a relationship or falling for someone.

But alas ITV. Its sad how standards aren't applied the same to male and female leads. Even some really good ITV shows I've seen in the past couldn't get beyond this limitation when it comes to ML and FL.

I actually think that would be way out of character for Ginni. She is someone who doesn't think for herself. Also, she seems very traditional and conservative from her behavior. She refused to sit on Adi's bike behind him. She is pretty accurate depiction of Indian middle class girl. Adi on other hand, belongs to upper class. So, there is nothing surprising about his dating history.

I think that is what it was/is - as arman was shocked too... when adi told him about sam story.

. I thnik adi was drunk or something when ever they met.... and sam used that opportunity to create a scene like they slept ... or similar.. to milk his money and get status....used him as shortcut to be successful... .......... .. that is a typical itv misunderstanding plot recipe....

Yahan bhi triangle of Grewal , Singh and Cheema hain … baki sab marr gaye hain😆😆

once I mentioned that in a different thread... as it is easier for makers to hire and manage small group of actors.... it looks so unreal... like only two families living in whole town or street....

I liked how they showed entire neighborhood in ... Diya aur baati hum..

I was wondering why makers do not do this ??

Hire main leads and both family - main members for long term...

and have others on project base.... as needed/ like until that storyline finishes.... kind of terms...

Main problem here is - makers/writers NOT sure what their storyline is .🤣... they keep testing several proven trp formulas...and go with the one works/sticks....🤣

May be and how can adi be this naive. If you had ons how can be sure that child is yours. He mentioned they only 2-3 times so it was only for a purpose. Not shaming or generalising if he/she is sleeping with you may be he/she sleeps with others too. How can you be so sure

Offcouse I have same view on this topic in real life but I don't care about itv shows . There is set pattern for last 10-15 years. Are they gonna change. Nope they won't.

It's just entertainment for me which I forget next day😆
