The kid will be proved as pakhi and virat's child by faking reports so sai feels cheated and leaves everything behind

No i feel it will be something to do with feeding mothers milk . Child will cry too much. So Pakhi will say I will feed only if u go. Mean while Sai will know she's pregnant.

Or BK will send goons to kill sai on the way from hospital. Or P will send.

Doc will say u have to be very careful and no stress etc. Then she wil remember Pakhis slaps and go off to save her child n the tummy.

I know sai will face a dharma sankat. She can’t leave vinu as a mother but she can’t see him suffer like her between pakhi’s plots. So hoping that virat will never neglect him and also she might know about the pregnancy so she leaves with heavy heart.

He will look.at her with puppy face but won't tell anything. By then she will be gone.

Ok one more clue from promo. Sorry at this point I am addicted to this show and can’t stop myself from predicting. So bear with me.

the voice over says 2 families are waiting. They didn’t say they are both waiting for virat. … so one family is sai and savi is waiting for virat and virat/vinu are waiting for sai.

Pakhi is just dhai maa. I just hope. It fits with KD as well.
