She wasn't supposed to leave. She was supposed to stay and bicker with him. But she left and refused to engaged. And so he upped (or downed depending on how you look at it) his game and started to tune up the intensity of his taunts. She was actually trying to be the mature one this time. But that's not what he wants. He doesn't want her silence. He wants her constant bak-bak, her attention, even if it's negative.
