Decent movie, although very very predictable. Shefali Shah and Vijay Varma were spectacular.

Could have edited out many parts instead of dragging it on. Felt unnecessarily long. Ms. Bhatt was alright. nothing out of this world. anyone could have done that role. She doesn't disappear into roles like this. she's still alia. its like she's playing pretend. Shefali and others were good.
Anyway, its a one time watch.
its a good movie with good star cast. Alia, Shefali and Vijay acted so well. 👏
but the screenplay, they shouldn’t have dragged it too much. its like beat up, patch up and again beat up. half movie tum mujhe maaro. and second half mein main tujhe maarungi.
Highway, Razi, Dear Zindagi, Gangu, and Darlings. simple stories with simple backgrounds. this kind of roles suits Alia than glamorous roles in commercial movies.
has anyone observed Badru poked holes in her husband’s condom, so she could get pregnant?
and she succeeded in it.
she thought if they have a baby, her husband would change for the better.

did they have sex that night? I don't think so, but yeah, either she might have tried tricking him into pregnancy again, or they might have conceived with consent. I mean, he needed a way to manipulate her and she wanted a kid for 1-2 years, so...
also, how did she find out its a girl? I went back to the hospital scene and the doc just said its a miscarriage

No. but she might have saved it for the next time. and they didn’t show any scene of Hamza agreed to have a baby with Badru.
This movie is to scare people who indulge in domestic violence and hit their partners.
In western countries, police is the solution. In a country like India, victims are finding their own ways to retaliate.

domestic abuse victims can take a cue from this movie and retaliation cases might grow in upcoming days.
