I am glad Abhi tried explaning to her that Kairav needs assurances that she isn't going up and leave him again without warning.

Last time we went into theory mode everyone came up Zero! 🤣 But I will still put forth some theories even if the Creatives end up doing something completely different and blow all my theories out of the water 🤣

1.) Anisha is actually pregnant with someone else's kid and she is marrying Kairav cause she knows he will take care of her

2.) Anisha is being blackmailed by someone and she needs money so she is marrying Kairav

3.) Anisha really actually wants to marry Kairav but someone keeps pestering her to try and convince her future in laws to allow their diamonds to be featured in some commercial 🤣

Abhira:

I guess PH is trying to let us know these two get hot and heavy with icing and cake as they get busy with "ahem ahem" 😆 The next morning they were still very giddy with each other like a normal happy couple. Makers allowing us to enjoy some happiness before we get more drama 😒

The little garden date was cute and they have a little sapling (baby tree) named Abhira . By the way I got this heavily implied vibe that Akshu may be pregnant 😲 I know it isn't uncommon for them to show Abhi slipping his hand across Akshu’s tummy to hold her. But something about how close up the camera was and there was almost a second pause that made it seem different. Abhi gave many gifts that night for Akshu 😳 Happy Birthday Akshu! So we may be having a little one on the way or a tragedy of losing a little one 😭 I really don't want Abhira to have a kid yet but I don't want themt o lose one if Akshu is pregnant.

Dr. Khera mystery/ Akshu’s singing career - will Akshu have to give up something for Abhi's hand?

1.) Dr. Khera agrees to perform surgery for Abhi is Akshu agrees to treat one of his family members with music therapy. But condition is she has to move to x place for 3 months. [Insert my if Akshu is pregnant theory. She doesn't know and finds out while she is with Dr. Khera. NSG somehow finds out and tries to make Abhi think Akshu may have cheated on him and the baby isn't his. There goes a potential separation track as Dr. Khera does end up falling in love with Akshu.]

2.) Dr. Khera agrees to perform the surgery as he needs Abhi to perform surgery for him on one of hia family members 😆 Akshu doesn't have to give up anything.

There is something going on with Khera. How can he fix Abhi when he is so out of practice- since he is retired? Don’t surgeons need to do surgeries to stay in touch?

What about Kunal’s sister? What’s up with her?

but yes this is the most intimate thing he has done onscreen as yet…I mean he was not just eating, he literally licked 😅 too good 🥰😍he has always Maintained he is not comfortable doing bold scenes that’s why he said no to a lot of web series which were offered to him but as I said this one is special
