Sai will be pregnant... Most probably is... Will deliver her own baby.

P is not pregnant... It's mostly a tumour... Even if she does, the way she is behaving now will be the end of her character. They can bring back Shruti if they are hell bent on third angle.

Cowrie theory fits in a way that P hands over the shell to Sai... So it will be a SaiRat baby and it will remain with Sairat. Agar baki sab main cowrie theory fits to this is the end of it.

Second lot main Sai gets her own... Which is why they are showing symptoms for her. She might hide it or deny it as long as possible. For the fear of the child's safety and raising false hopes. (Something which matches with the FF i have written).

Sai ko agar tumour confirm Kiya ya koi bhi terminal illness diya to show ek week bhi nahi chalega. They know this... Loud and clear. Isliye we keep getting lollipops ... They know how much people are attached to Sai and V... Even though no body likes V at this point. They tolerate him for the sake of Sai.

P.S. i feel DM is in for the long run... He has got a separate video interview unlike other previous cameos. What if he is the third angle for Sai but they got an actor who is not so good looking (don't want to do this comparison but I have seen him in YHM... He doesn't have the charm NB has neither will be able to replicate something similar). In comparison, Fahmaan is good enough to be a lead... He is definitely not a sidey actor.

So they got someone who is deliberately lesser than NB in charm but more important than V ... So a tussle at work and if DM is impressed with Sai... Tussle at love.

U know one of my friend used Pr and still she conceived. She was surprised.
