PART - 19

Arjun and team reached at the hospital where Arjun’s family doctor works. Arjun starts calling the doctor in panic tone and soon doctor come out from the cabin.

ARJUN: Faiz please mere bete ko dekhiye… behosh ho gaya hai… kab se aankhe nahi khol raha hai…please jaldi check kijiye…

FAIZ: Relax… aap shaant ho jaiiye hum dekhte hai…

Faiz takes Ayaan to the room and starts checking him. SamJun and team are waiting outside and everyone’s face showing their fear very clearly. Soon doctor come out from the room.

SAMEER: Ayaan ne aankhe kholi? Kaisa hai vo? Kya hua hai?

FAIZ: Yeh toh humse behtar aap bata sakte hai ki Ayaan ki aisi condition kaise hui… sab se pehle toh aap hume yeh bataiiye ki yaha Angel kon hai?

SAMEER: Ji vo humari dost aur team member hai… abhi out of town gayi hui hai…

FAIZ: Aap please unhe yaha bulaiiye kyun ki Ayaan behoshi ki halat me unhi ka naam liye jaa raha hai…

SamJun exchange look while Shriza and Chotu look at each other with sad face. Aisha answers,

AISHA: Haan vo meri baat hui hai… I guess aa jaayegi vo kal subah tak…

FAIZ: Ok…

Arjun who is very much worried for his son asked,

ARJUN: Aap please bataiiye naa ki Ayaan kaisa hai? usse hosh kyun nahi aa raha hai?

FAIZ: Inform karte hue bohat boora lag raha hai but… (Let out a sigh and continue) Ayaan abhi bohat hi zyada weak hai and bilkul theek nahi hai… usko high fever hai and blood pressure bhi low hai… uski condition dekh ke lag raha hai ki usne khana skip kiya hai aur uski aankhon ke niche jo circle pade hai usse dekh ke lagta hai raat ko theek se soya bhi nahi hai…

No one dare to say a word and look down in guilt because Doctor is right. They're all feeling a failure as a family at this very moment. Doctor look at Sameer and said,

FAIZ: Agar hum galat nahi hai toh abhi kuch dino pehle hi Sameer ne raat ko hume phone kiya tha yeh puchhne ke liye ki Ayaan ko tez bukhar hai toh usko syrup dena sahi hoga yaa nahi… it was just about a couple of week ago I guess… right?

Sameer nods.

FAIZ: Hmm aur ab itne kam waqut me usko wapas se itna tez bukhar?!

Whole team exchange sad look. Faiz see team’s faces and said,

FAIZ: Well let’s talk about it later… Ayaan ki weakness ko dhyaan mein rakhte hue energy ke liye hume usko glucose ke bottle lagane padenge aur bukhar bhi tez hai toh medicine ka wait naa kar ke hum usko injection de rahe hai… jab tak uska bhukhar aur BP control mein nahi aa jaata tab tak hum aap ko kuch bhi perfect tareeke se bata nahi sakte

ARJUN: Aap ko jo sahi lage vo kijiye but please mere bete ko theek kar dijiye… me sab kuch sehen kar sakta hoon lakin mere bete ko kuch ho jaaye vo nahi… I beg you please kuch bhi kijiye lakin mere Ayaan ko theek kar dijiye...

Arjun said joining his hand in begging voice. Faiz immediately hold his hands and said,

FAIZ: Hey relax brother… You don’t need to do this… Ayaan hume bhi bohat pyaara hai… buddy hai vo humara… don’t worry I will take care of him… hum usse kuch nahi hone denge…aap please thoda relax kijiye… (Looking Arjun’s injuries) aap ki injuries dekh ke mujhe nahi lagta ki aap ke liye bhi itna zyada stress lena sahi hai so just calm down a bit for Ayaan’s sake… ok?

Arjun nods slightly.

FAIZ: Now excuse me

Saying he went into the room. Team see the Ayaan from the outside. Faiz give injection to him. In one hand, he place the drip for glucose bottle. Tears escaped from Arjun’s eyes seeing all this. He felt the immense pain seeing his son.

ARJUN: Yeh sab meri wajah se hua hai… mera beta meri wajah se aaj hospital me hai…

Sameer placed hand on his shoulder and said,

SAMEER: Arjun relax… sambhal apne aap ko… Ayaan theek hai… bohat jaldi uth jaayega aur hum se baat bhi kar ne lagega… humara beta bohat strong hai…

Same time Faiz come out from the room and inform them to wait until Ayaan gain conscious. Whole team decided to stay there as no one wants to leave Ayaan and Arjun alone. Faiz permit them to stay seeing their true and pure emotions. As soon as he left from there Sameer asked,

SAMEER: Aisha tumhari Sakshi se baat kab hui?

AISHA: Jab hum nikalne waale the tab Arjun sir ke phone pe uska phone aaya tha… maine usko bataya tha ki Ayaan behosh ho gaya hai…

SAMEER: Hmm… I am sure vo jaldi hi aa jaayegi

SHREE: Lakin madam ka kaam khatam hua hoga tab aayegi naa… usko toh apne kaam se fursat hi nahi milti hai… agar Ayaan ko mil liya hota toh aaj Ayaan hospital mein nahi hota…

He said being sarcastic and angry.

CHOTU: Haan yaar…me bhi Sakshi se iss baar bohat naraz hoon…

Arjun see them and then turn his sight to Ayaan’s room.

ARJUN (Thought): Sirf Sakshi hi nahi me bhi zimeedaar hoon Ayaan ki aisi halat ka… humare intentions bhale hi kuch aur the lakin aaj Ayaan yaha hai toh hum do no ki wajah se… pata nahi Sakshi pe abhi kya beet rahi hogi… uppar se yaha bhi sab usse naraz hai…

He let out a frustrated sigh as situation is taking a toll on his mind. He is unable to think properly. He brushed up all other thoughts as for now he only want to hear one thing and that is – Ayaan is out of danger and perfectly fine.

Time starts passing and team is waiting outside the room while Arjun is inside room with Ayaan. After couple of hours, Sakshi enter in the passage almost running like a maniac. All see her. Sakshi looked at team but everyone turn their faces. It didn’t bother her or hurt her as she expected this kind of reactions from everyone and she feels like she deserve it. She looked at Sameer and Sameer understand her unspoken words. Sameer signal towards the room and Sakshi nods in gratitude.

She take step towards the room and looked at Ayaan from the window. She sink into sadness seeing the most cheerful and adorable boy lying on hospital bed. She slowly turn the knob and open the door. She enter inside and close the door behind. Hearing door opening sound, Arjun looked at door and found Sakshi. He get relaxed a bit seeing her. Arakshi looked at each other with teary eyes. That one look conveyed lot of emotions. That look has a guilt, pain and helplessness. Sakshi break the eye lock and then fixed her eyes on Ayaan. Ayaan’s weak and pale face makes her heart feel the sharp pain. She with the baby steps goes near him and hold his hand. Her eyes become teary as Ayaan is almost burning with high fever. She kissed on his hand and then his forehead. She couldn’t control her tears.

SAKSHI: I am so sorry Ayaan… I am really very sorry… aap ki Angel bohat boori hai naa? Aap ke saath bohat galat kiya maine… please Angel ko maaf kar dijiye…

Sakshi can’t hold back herself to cry. She hold Ayaan’s hand into hers and rested her head on Ayaan’s hand and starts crying. Team witnessed the scene from the window and their eyes also become wet.

AISHA (Whisper to Shriza-Chotu): Maine Sakshi ko kal hi bola tha ki vo bohat badi galati kar rahi hai… you know maine bohat rudely baat ki thi usse lakin vo iss liye kyun ki mujhe pata tha ki jiss din usko galati realise hogi naa uss din vo guilt mein doob jaayegi… uske liye khud ko maaf karna mushkil ho jaayega… (Letting out a sad sigh) aur ab jiska darr tha wahi hua… maine poori koshish ki lakin me kuch theek se handle nahi kar paayi

SHREE: Aisha khud ko kyun blame kar rahi hai… iss me tera kya kasoor hai?! I am sure tune naa apna 1001% diya hoga… aur phir kehte hai naa insaan galti kar ke hi sikhta hai…shayad ab Sakshi samjh jaayegi ki sahi kya hai aur galat kya

Aisha nods.

LIZA: I really hope ki ab Arjun sir bhi baat ko samjhenge aur koi aisa faisla lenge jo Ayaan aur unke dono ke liye sahi ho…

CHOTU: Haan yaar…ab toh faisla lena zaroori ho gaya hai kyun ki Ayaan ko aise toh nahi dekh sakte…

Team nods in agreement.

SAMEER: Iss baar faisla yeh nahi hum karenge…

Team looked at Sameer with confusion. Sameer said them something and team looked at each other.

SAMEER: Aap sab kya kehte hai?

AISHA: Me aap ke saath hoon

SHRIZA-CHOTU: Hum bhi

Sameer see them with big smile and raised hand in front of them. All put their hands into his hand and final the plan.

SAMEER: Aisha hum Faiz se milke aate hai

Aisha nods and both headed towards doctor’s cabin. Shriza and Chotu are happy with the plan and it’s evident on their faces.

Inside the room, Sakshi sit beside Ayaan keep holding his hand into hers.

SAKSHI: Aap naa bas ab jaldi jaldi aankhe kholiye… aap uthiye aur apni Angel ko khoob saara daant lagaiiye… unhe punish kijiye… unho ne aap ko itna hurt kiya toh ab unke liye punishment bhi banta hai naa… aap jo bologe vo punishment mujhe manzoor hogi lakin please aise chup mat rahiye… uth jaauo Ayaan… Aap ki Angel baaki ki saari punishment haste haste seh legi lakin aap ko iss haal mein dekhne jitni badi punishment handle nahi kar paayegi…

Sakshi said in between sobs.

ARJUN: Inn sab ki tum akele zimeedaar nahi ho Sakshi… galati hum dono se hui hai... lakin inn sab baaton se zyada abhi yeh zaroori hai ki Ayaan theek ho jaaye…

Sakshi see him and nods. She roughly wiped her tears and said composing herself.

SAKSHI: Humara Ayaan theek ho jaayega Arjun… hum dono hai naa uske saath… abhi hosh aa jaayega usko… hai naa?

ARJUN: Haan Sakshi…

Saying Arjun too hold Ayaan’s other hand.

ARJUN: Ayaan ko jaldi hosh mein aana hoga yeh dekhne ke liye ki ab uske saath uske Papa aur Angel do no hai…

Sakshi smile slightly at him and both stay in the room with Ayaan and no one disturb them.

It’s been hour since Sakshi arrived. Faiz come to check Ayaan. Arakshi look at him.

FAIZ (To Sakshi): Aap hi angel hai?

Sakshi see him with confusion.

ARJUN: Ji yahi Ayaan ki Angel hai

Faiz notice Sakshi from head to toe and smile mischievously,

FAIZ: Hmm nice to meet you Miss Angel… Name suits you

He said with a slight wink and Sakshi see him with narrowed eyes. Arjun clear his throat which makes Faiz turn towards him. Arjun literally glared at him and this time Faiz narrowed his eyes and then smile comes on his lips. He quickly turn towards Sakshi and said,

FAIZ: Well Accha hua jo aap yaha aa gayi… Ayaan behoshi me aap ka hi naam le raha tha…

Hearing this lone tear escaped from her eye. Faiz goes near Ayaan and check him.

SAKSHI: Doctor Ayaan theek hai naa?

FAIZ: Haan… he is better now… BP control me hai… haan thoda bhukhar abhi bhi hai but vo waqut ke saath kam ho jaayega…

Faiz turn towards Arakshi and said,

FAIZ: Hume bas uske high fever se hi darr lag raha tha kyun ki agar yeh dose work nahi karta toh hume majbooran usko heavy dose dene padte jo uske liye iss halat me theek nahi hai kyun ki usne kuch khaya nahi hai lakin tension ki baat nahi hai yeh injection work kar gaya hai…

Arakshi feel relaxed hearing this. They both hold each other’s hand emotionally and pass smile to each other looking at Ayaan. Faiz too smile seeing them. He give them a moment and then said,

FAIZ: Anyways aap please bahar aaiiye… Hume kuch zaroori baat karni hai

Arakshi nods and they trio come out. Team is waiting outside. As soon as Faiz come out Sameer asked,

SAMEER: Ayaan kaisa hai?

FAIZ: He is fine…bhukhar kam ho gaya hai and BP bhi normal hai

Hearing it everyone took sigh of relief.

LIZA: Thank god…

AISHA: Usko hosh kab tak aayega?

FAIZ: Humare hisaab se toh Jaldi hi aa jaana chahiye… may be in half hour or something…

Aisha nods.

ARJUN: Aap kuch keh rahe the… kya zaroori baat karni hai aap ko? Koi problem hai? Tension waali baat toh nahi hai naa?

Faiz take a deep sigh and said,

FAIZ: Abhi tak toh nahi lakin agar aap ne dhayan nahi rakha toh pakka tension waali baat ho jaayegi…

SamJun exchange look. Arjun again fixed his eyes on Faiz.

ARJUN: Matlab?

FAIZ: Look brother.. I respect your work… police officer hone ke naate aap ki bohat saari zimeedariyan hai and hum shayad samjh bhi nahi sakte ki rozana aap kitni problems se deal karte honge… uppar se single parent hona aasan nahi hai… saalon se aap ko jaante hai iss liye yeh bhi pata hai ki aap ne apne bete ko kabhi koi kami mehsoos nahi hone di hai aur Sameer ne aap ko iss phase mein bohat support kiya hai lakin kabhi kabhi sirf itna kaafi nahi hota hai… aaj jiss halat mein Ayaan yaha aaya hai I guess usko aap ke waqut aur pyaar ki bohat zaroorat hai… bacchon ke liye aksar bohat chhoti chhoti baatein matter karti hai jiski taraf shayad humara dhyaan tak nahi jaata hai… Hum aap se yahi kahenge ki aap please Ayaan ki thodi extra care kijiye… uske saath thoda waqut bitaiiye… iss age mein itna zyada stress is not a good sign… ghar mein agar koi tanaav hai toh usko sortout karne ki koshish kijiye… ghar ka mahol bacche ke mind pe sab se zyada asar karta hai…

Arjun and Sakshi each other. Faiz looked at Team.

FAIZ: Aaj pehli baar humne Sameer aur Arjun ke saath kisi aur ko bhi Ayaan ke liye pareshan hote hue dekha hai… kya hum jaan sakte hai ki aap ka aur Ayaan ka rishta kaisa hai?

AISHA: Hum Ayaan se abhi kuch waqut pehle hi mile… Ayaan mujhe apni Bua kehta hai… Yeh Liza hai aur vo usko Maasi kehta hai…

SHREE: Me uska Shree chachu aur yeh Chotu hai usko Ayaan Mamu kehta hai…

FAIZ: Ahhan…wonderful… yakeen maaniye hume bohat khushi hui yeh jaan ke ki Ayaan ke pass ab ek parivaar hai… aur aap ko pareshan dekh ke yakeen bhi ho gaya ki yeh rishtey sirf naam ke yaa dikhave ke nahi hai… you all actually mean it… so considering you all as a family, hum aap sab se bhi yahi kahenge ki possible hai toh aap apne din ke kuch ghante Ayaan ke saath bitaaye… and especially aap…

Faiz said pointing at Sakshi.

FAIZ: Ms. Angel… waise kya hum aap ka naam jaan sakte hai?

SAKSHI: Sakshi…Sakshi Aanand

Faiz raised his hand towards her saying,

FAIZ: Hi I am Faiz… nice to meet you Sakshi

Sakshi see his hand and them him. She think for a once and shake hand with him.

SAKSHI: Nice to meet you too

Sakshi tried to pull back her hand but Faiz didn’t leave her hand and keep looking at her with smile. Arjun pushed his wheelchair near Sakshi and said bit strongly,

ARJUN: Aap kuch keh rahe the Faiz…

While freeing Sakshi’s hand from his hand. This makes team smile. Faiz cleared his throat and continue being serious,

FAIZ: A… haan toh Sakshi hum yeh keh rahe the ki Ayaan jiss pyaar aur dard se aap ko bula raha tha vo batata hai ki aap uske liye kitni zyada khass hai toh please uske saath thoda waqut bitane ki koshish kijiyega… I am sorry hum aap ko jaante toh nahi hai lakin as a doctor hum yeh suggest karenge ki agar aap kuch waqut Ayaan ke saath reh sake toh…

Sakshi look at Arjun and so Arjun.

FAIZ: Hum aap ko force nahi kar rahe lakin jiss tarah Ayaan aap ka naam le raha tha… shayad aap ke saath hone se vo jaldi theek ho jaayega… aakhir bacche sirf apnapan aur pyaar hi toh chahte hai…

Arjun think once and then said,

ARJUN: Don’t worry… waise bhi Sakshi Ayaan ke hostel wapas jaane tak humare saath hi rehne waali hai…

Team’s face become bright hearing this. Sakshi keep looking at him with surprise. Arjun see her and nods in yes. Sakshi keep thinking for couple of moments and then said,

SAKSHI: O… Ok…

Team wants to jump in excitement but they all control themselves.

FAIZ: Yakeen maaniye aap ka yeh faisla bohat accha saabit hoga Ayaan ke liye…

Arakshi nods slightly.

FAIZ: Jitna ho sake Ayaan ko khush rakhne ki koshish kijiyega kyun ki Ayaan kaafi weak laga aaj hume… hum sab jaante hai ki insaan physically weak ho toh recover kar leta hai lakin jab mentally weak hota hai toh recover karna aasan nahi hota… Ayaan abhi duniyadaari ki baatein samjhne ke liye bohat chhota hai, masoom hai… abhi toh usne apni zindagi jeena shuru bhi nahi kiya hai… iss umar mein jitni meethi yaadein banegi utna hi aage chal ke vo strong, positive and good human being ban paayega…

Faiz put hand on Arjun’s shoulder and said,

FAIZ: Hum aap ko darana nahi chahte aur situation utni serious bhi nahi hai lakin hum jitna dhyaan rakhenge utna hi better rahega…

Arjun nods in yes. Sakshi notice Arjun. She can see how much worried he is. She look at Faiz and said in determine voice,

SAKSHI: I promise you Doctor ab Ayaan ki aisi halat kabhi nahi hogi… aur aap please mujhe bata dijiye ki Ayaan ke liye kya khana sahi hoga me uss hisaab se hi usko khana dungi and agar koi aur precautions lene ki zaroorat hai toh bhi mujhe abhi hi bata dijiye…

Faiz continue with sweet smile,

FAIZ: That’s really sweet of you Miss Sakshi… jaha tak baat hai precautions and all toh hum kuch medicines de rahe hai agar lage ki wapas bhukhar aa raha hai toh hi dijiyega and energy ke liye ek drink prescribe kar rahe hai… uss powder ko paani me mila ke kal poore din usko dete rahiyega… and jaha tak baat hai khaane ki toh according to me ghar ka khana best hota hai… aap usko kuch uski pasand ka accha sa khana khilaiiyega… jaise hi vo khana khayega apne aap usko better feel hoga

Sakshi nods with smile.

SAKSHI: Thank you

FAIZ: Jaise hi Ayaan ko hosh aata hai aur uska bottle khatam hota hai aap usko ghar le jaa sakte hai…

ARJUN: Thank you Faiz and I will make sure ki Ayaan ko ab kisi bhi baat ka stress naa ho…

Faiz nods with smile and patted his shoulder.

FAIZ: I know… you are the best father… jaise hi Ayaan ko hosh aata hai inform me… hum ek baar checkup kar lenge…

ARJUN: Sure

Faiz looked at Sameer and Sameer said “Thank you” through the eyes. Faiz do thumbs up in response and then left from there. Team is looking very much happy.

CHOTU: Chalo accha hai humara Ayaan theek hai…

SHREE: Haan dil ko itna sukoon mil raha hai ki puchho mat… bas ek baar Ayaan ki awaz sunne mil jaaye uske baad baaki ka tension bhi gayab ho jaayega

Sameer clear his throat and asked,

SAMEER: Waise Arjun tune achanak se yeh faisla le liya… I mean…

Arakshi exchange look.

LIZA: And Sakshis ach mein tum waha rukne waali ho yaa aise hi bolne ke liye bol diya?

Liza asked in sarcastic voice.

CHOTU: Haan… Ab koi important kaam toh yaad nahi aa jaayega naa Sakshi?

Chotu too asked in sarcastic tone.

SHREE: Nahi re Chotu… itni raat ko kon sa kaam bolke jaayegi aur uppar se doctor ne bhi toh usko rukne ka suggest kiya iss liye aaj ki raat rukne ka soch rahi hai… kal subah tak koi naa koi kaam yaad aa jaayega phir chali jaayegi… sahi kaha naa maine Sakshi?

AISHA: Ekdam sahi kaha tumne Shree… waise bhi usko toh pata hi hai ki kya sahi hai aur kya galat…kuch naa kuch soch ke rakha hi hoga ki kab aur kaise gayab hona hai… right?

Aisha see her with hard look on face. Sakshi look down and let out a sigh.

SAKSHI: I know guys aap mujhse bohat naraz hai… me aap logon ke saamne koi safai nahi dungi aur naa hi kisi se maafi ki umeed karungi kyun ki me jaanti hoon ki mere saamne mere dost nahi Ayaan ke Chachu, Mamu, Maasi aur Bua khade hue hai aur shayad argument me dosti ka rishta jeet bhi jaaye lakin Ayaan ke rishton ke saamne me kabhi jeet nahi paaungi and I guess I deserve it… anyways Me Ayaan ke pass jaati hoon

Sakshi turn to go but Arjun hold her hand and stop her. Sakshi see him with confusion. Arjun looked at team and said,

ARJUN: Team I know aap sab Ayaan se bohat pyaar karte hai but Sakshi se khafa hone ki zaroorat nahi hai… uss mein Sakshi ki koi galati nahi hai… hum do no kuch aur karna chahte the lakin kuch aur hi ho gaya but ab hum kisi bhi wajah se Ayaan ko suffer nahi karne denge… Ayaan ab hum dono ki top priority hai… hai naa?

Arjun asked Sakshi looking directly into her eyes. Sakshi nods in yes.

AISHA: Yeh sunke bohat accha laga sir… I really hope ki ab aap jo faisla le rahe hai vo bohat hi soch samjh ke le rahe hai kyun ki ek baar badhaye kadam wapas nahi liye jaa sakte… aage badhne ke allawa koi aur raasta nahi hota hai

ARJUN: Hum do no hi shayad yeh baat samjh chuke hai Aisha aur iss baar hum jo kar rahe hai vo Ayaan ke baare mein soch ke hi kar rahe hai… Ayaan ki khushi se badh ker kuch nahi hai

Aisha nods.

ARJUN: Galati har kisi se ho jaati hai… Hum dono se bhi hui… future ke darr ki wajah se hum Ayaan ka aaj badlna chahte the… (He pause for a second and then continue) ab jo hua usko badal toh nahi sakte… I request you all ki aap please Sakshi se naraz mat rahiye

SAKSHI: Arjun please… tum kyun request kar rahe ho? aur I am sure mere dost mujhe waqut aane pe maaf kar denge… Ayaan jiss halat me hai uss wajah se vo upset hai nothing else

ARJUN: Lakin yeh narazagi tum akele deserve nahi karti ho Sakshi… agar aisa hai toh meri team ko mujhse bhi naraz hona chahiye…

LIZA: Sir baat naaraz hone ki nahi hai… hum jaante hai Sakshi ke liye bhi shayad yeh sab aasan nahi raha hoga… vo Ayaan se dooriyan badhana chahti thi vo bhi sahi hai… hum sab samjhte hai ki aage kya complications ho sakte hai lakin sir uska motive chahe kitna bhi sahi kyun naa ho Sakshi ka tareeka galat tha… agar aap kisi podhe ko bhi ekdam se ukhad ke kahin aur laga dete hai toh vo murja jaata hai…podhe ko ukhadna galat nahi hai lakin jab kahin aur lagate hai toh uski special care karna zaroori hota hai… uss pe extra dhyaan dena padta hai, usko waqut dena padta hai aur yaha toh baat ek chhote bacche ki thi… agar Sakshi thoda pyaar se, dheere dheere, Ayaan ko sahi galat ka sahi matlab samjha ke usse dooriyan badhati toh shayad situation koi aur hoti…

Everything get sorted between the team and this new turn of events brings new hopes, new happiness and new energy. All are looking happy and contented.

Aisha nods with smile and starts talking with team.

AYAAN: Ab angel aa gayi toh angel ke saath khaunga… aap mujhe kal noodles bana ke dogi naa Angel?

Sakshi nods in yes with emotional smile and caresses his hair with lot of love. Team keep talking with Ayaan to make him feel better. Soon nurse come and remove drip from Ayaan’s hand. Ayaan hissed in pain and it hurts Arakshi too. Seeing Arakshi’s face team’s lips curled into a smile. As soon as Nurse remove the drip Arjun starts caressing Ayaan’s hand.

NURSE: Ab aap jaa sakte hai

Sakshi thanks her and nurse went out. Ayaan starts weeping and said,

AYAAN: Unho ne mere haath me vo bada pin kyun maara tha? Mujhe bohat dard ho raha hai…

ARJUN: Bas thodi der dard hoga phir theek ho jaayega

Arjun said caressing his hand.

But then smile get faded from his face. He said sadly,

Ayaan shouted in happiness and share hug with both of them. Sameer come there after complete all the formalities. He smile seeing the scene and asked,

Ayaan and Arakshi break the hug and see him. Sakshi makes Ayaan sit but as he is weak it’s almost impossible for him to sit so Sakshi picked him in her arms and Ayaan put his hands around her neck and rested his head on her shoulder.

AISHA: Aap ghar jaiiye… hum sab bhi ghar jaate hai… waise bhi ghar jaake sona hi hai toh hum kal subah aayenge…

This brought big smile on Ayaan’s face. All bid bye to him and they left from the hospital.

Sameer take a driving seat while Arjun and Sakshi are on back seat with Ayaan. Sakshi makes Ayaan sleep in her lap. Whole way Arjun and Sakshi take care of Ayaan very well. Sameer keep looking at them with sweet smile. Soon they reached home and come in living room.

SAMEER: Me tumhare bags guest room mein rakh deta hoon Sakshi

SAKSHI: Ok

AYAAN: Nahi Angel mere saath rahegi

SAKSHI: Haan Ayaan hum iss ghar mein saath hi rahenge lakin ab toh aap ke Papa aa gaye hai naa toh aap unke saath apne room me raho aur me yaha guest room mein hoon… aap aawaz doge toh me aa jaaungi

Ayaan tighten his grip around Sakshi and said,

AYAAN: Nahi… aap mere saath hi rahoge… mujhe aap ke pass hi rehna hai

Before Sakshi can say something,

ARJUN: Ok toh Sakshi ek kaam karo tum aur Ayaan humare room mein chale jaauo… me Sam ke room mein shift ho jaata hoon

Sakshi is about to nod but Ayaan said,

AYAAN: Kyun? Vo toh humara room hai naa phir aap dusre room mein kyun jaauoge? Aap, Me aur Angel saath rahenge

Sakshi and Arjun looked at each other.

AYAAN: Waise bhi rule hai naa ki jab Ayaan yaha hoga aap Ayaan ke saath hi rahoge?!

ARJUN: Haan Ayaan lakin…

Sameer smile inwardly and praise Ayaan for numerous time in mind. He immediately said,

SAMEER: It’s ok naa Arjun… iss me kon si badi baat hai and accha hi hai agar koi tum dono ke saath hoga… Ayaan is not well and teri condition toh tu jaanta hi hai… Sakshi saath hogi toh tum do no ke liye accha hoga and we are buddies right… ab best friends toh room share kar hi sakte hai…

Sakshi and Arjun once again see each other.

AYAAN: Chalo naa jaldi… Mujhe sona hai… bohat tired feel ho raha hai

Sakshi let out a sigh and nods.

SAKSHI: Haan chalo…Sam can you please help with bags?

SAMEER: Why not…tum chalo me abhi aata hoon

Sakshi take Ayaan to room. Arjun keep looking at her retreating form.

SAMEER: Arjun kya soch raha hai?

ARJUN: Sam it is very weird… I mean maine abhi abhi Sakshi ko best friend waali baat samjhayi thi lakin yeh thoda awkward hai

SAMEER: Iss mein weird kya… dost hi toh hai aur yaad hai college time tak hum jab bhi hangout karte the toh we used to share room

ARJUN: Haan but vo waqut alag tha

SAMEER: Ab kya alag hai?

ARJUN: Vo mera aur Roshni ka room hai Sam

SAMEER: Hai nahi tha… Roshni ke jaane ke baad vo tera aur Ayaan ka room hai

ARJUN: But Sam…

SAMEER: Tujhe boora lag raha hai room share karte hue? You feel it wrong?

ARJUN: No… it’s just…

SAMEER: Then you don’t have to worry… zyada sochna bandh kar aur chal… tujhe rest ki zaroorat hai

Arjun think once and then nods. They enter into room. Ayaan is sitting resting himself on headrest. Sakshi is at cupboard, pulling out his night dress. Sakshi looked at Sameer and Arjun.

SAKSHI: Sameer tum usko change karne me help kar do me uske liye uska hot chocolate leke aati hoon… garam dhoodh piyega toh neend bhi acchi aayegi aur usko better bhi feel hoga

SAMEER: Ok

SAKSHI: Arjun tumhare pass koi extra phone hai? I mean mera sim card hai mere pass lakin phone nahi hai

ARJUN: Haan hai ek phone… waha cupboard me hi hoga… you can use it but check karna padega…

Sakshi nods. She check the cupboard and found one phone. She goes near purse and pulled out her sim card. She insert it and turn on the phone.

SAKSHI: Ho gaya aur chal bhi raha hai…

ARJUN: Ok

Sakshi take the phone and went out. She headed to kitchen. On the way she install whats app and log in to her account. She type message in their group to inform team that they reached home.

Then she quickly prepare Ayaan’s hot chocolate. She put the glass of milk, ice pack and jug into the tray and went into the room. Arjun and Ayaan both are on bed. They have change into night dress. She look around but Sameer is nowhere.

SAKSHI: Sam kaha hai?

ARJUN: Vo apne room mein chala gaya

SAKSHI: Ohh ok

Sakshi goes near Ayaan. Sakshi give an ice pack to Arjun. Arjun take it and starts caressing Ayaan’s hand while Sakshi makes him finish his hot chocolate. As soon as Ayaan done with it, Sakshi help him to sleep properly and then cover him with blanket.

SAKSHI: Aap aankhe bandh karo aur sone ki try karo me bas abhi aati hoon

Ayaan nods. Sakshi starts searching for her bag. Arjun see her and understand what she want so said,

ARJUN: Sakshi cupboard ki uss taraf hai tumhara bag

Sakshi notice her bag and reply with smile,

SAKSHI: Thank you

Before Sakshi walk, Arjun called her.

ARJUN: Sakshi

SAKSHI: Hmm

ARJUN: Yaha aauo

Sakshi nods and goes near him. Arjun took the pill from the table and raised it towards Sakshi. Sakshi see him with confusion.

ARJUN: Me nahi chahta ki kal subah uth ke mujhe wapas hospital jaana pade… Mujhe aur Ayaan ko humari Angel sahi salamat humare saamne chahiye so have it

Sakshi see him with surprise.

SAKSHI: T…tumhe kaise...

ARJUN: Hospital me the tab hi pata chal gaya tha… waise I see… Ayaan aur uski Angel mein zyada fark nahi hai… (Arjun said looking at Ayaan and Sakshi respectively) do no ziddi hai aur do no ko khana skip karna aur khud ko hurt karna accha lagta hai…

Sakshi and Ayaan both pout cutely on it. Sakshi said in low voice,

SAKSHI: Vo Ayaan ne nahi khaya tha toh me kaise…

ARJUN: Fine… (He let out a frustrated sigh and then said) chalo yeh dawayi lo aur aaram se so jaauo… tumhe bhi kaafi tez bukhar hai… aaram karogi toh better feel hoga

Sakshi nods and take the medicines as she know if she make any excuse right now then she will definitely get a good SYS from her best friend. After that she quickly went into washroom and come back wearing her night suit. Without wasting more time, she tied her hairs in pony tail and goes near Ayaan. She sleeps right side while Arjun is sleeping Ayaan’s left side. Sakshi turn towards Ayaan and see his eyes are open.

SAKSHI: Aree maine bola tha naa ki aankhien bandh kar ke so jaana phir aap kyun jaag rahe ho?

Arjun too turn towards Ayaan hearing this.

AYAAN: Vo mujhe naa thoda darr lag raha hai

ARJUN: Darr?! Kaisa darr?

AYAAN: Me so gaya aur Angel chali gayi toh

SAKSHI: Ayaan maine kaha naa me kahin nahi jaaungi… me yahin hoon aur aap ke papa bhi yahi pe hai…hum dono aap ke saath hai iss liye ab tension liye bina so jaauo…

AYAAN: Aap pakka nahi jaauoge naa?

SAKSHI: I promise… me kahin nahi jaaungi…

ARJUN: Kal subah jab aap uthoge toh me aur aap ki Angel dono aap ke pass hi honge… me Angel ko kahin nahi jaane dunga aur khud bhi aap ko chhod ke kahin nahi jaaunga

SAKSHI: So ab aap aankhien bandh kijiye aur so jaiiye… you need rest baby

Ayaan looked at Sakshi and then Arjun. He think for a moment. With one hand he hold Sakshi’s left hand and with other he hold Arjun’s right hand. He tighten his hold and placed hands on him so both can’t remove their hands.

AYAAN: Hmm ab theek hai… ab aap do no chaho tab bhi nahi jaa sakte…

He said and closed his eyes. Arakshi nods in negative. With their free hands, Arjun keep caressing his hairs while Sakshi is patting him lovingly. Ayaan again open his eyes and said,

AYAAN: Angel aap lori gaauo naa… me aap ki lori miss kar raha tha… mujhe lori sunna hai

SAKSHI: Ok…

Sakshi think for a moment and then looked at Ayaan and starts singing,

Arjun is smiling hearing her singing. The way she is singing and the way his son is looking at her makes him feel so nice… so different. He saw Ayaan’s real smile after a two long days. View sooth his eyes and he too closed his eyes.

Sakshi put hands on Ayaan’s eyes and make him close his eyes.

Sakshi see Ayaan and he is sleeping peacefully then her gaze falls on Arjun. He is too sleeping holding Ayaan close to him which makes her smile widely.

SAKSHI: Tum do no ko aise sote hue dekh ke bohat sukoon mil raha hai Arjun

She keep looking at them for a moment. She check her phone. She open the chat and found that all wished good night in group. She locked the phone and turn off the lights. Soon she fall asleep.

NEXT MORNING

Sakshi is the one who wake up first. She tried to move but someone is holding her hand. She open her eyes and looked at her hand. Arjun and Ayaan both are sleeping holding her hand. She didn’t know how to feel about it. She is here with the two most important person of her life and they are sleeping holding her hand in a way like they didn’t want to let her go. She slowly sit on bed and then keep looking at them with love. She check Ayaan’s forehead. He is fine now. She kissed on Ayaan’s forehead and then slowly remove her hand and get up. She seethe light in her phone so she check it. It’s indicating low battery. She goes near cupboard and search the charger of the phone. Soon she found out. She is about to close it but then her gaze falls on clothes. There are some dresses, tops and sarees in lower shelf. She is surprised that she noticed it today only. She open the cupboard multiple times for Ayaan but Ayaan’s clothes are on the top shelf so she didn’t need to check other shelfs of cupboard. He can't believe that Arjun has kept Roshni's clothes till now.

SAKSHI: Kya tum Roshni se itna pyaar karte ho Arjun?!

She mumbled sadly but then brushed up her thoughts and decided to get ready. She close the cupboard. She took her phone and put it on charge on side table which is placed at Arjun’s side. She open her bag, take her clothes and went into washroom. After some time, she come out from washroom wearing white short kurti with black jeans.

She goes near dressing table and dry her hairs. She take out her daily cosmetics and accessories from her bag. She open the drawer and found some jewellery, box of vermillion, bangles and some other stuff. It took her no time to realise that all these things are belongs to Roshni. She become sad again but quickly composed herself. She closed that drawer and open another one. She put all her stuff into that drawer. After that she roughly comb her hairs and tied it into a messy bun. She wear her earrings and bangles. She applied powder, eyeliner and lip-gloss. That’s it. She is ready.

She turn towards Ayaan and Arjun. Both are still sleeping. Her phone beeped so she goes near side table place at Arjun’s side. She take her phone and check the message. Team is wishing good morning and asking about Ayaan’s health in their Whats App group. Sakshi told them that Ayaan is fine and still sleeping. Aisha inform that they will come soon. Sakshi typed ok and all went offline. Sakshi locked her phone and put it again on table.

Her gaze falls on Arjun. His messy hairs are scattered on his forehead and he is looking so cute. She hesitate a bit but couldn’t stop herself to remove his hairs from his forehead. She see him with lovely smile. Her eyes filled with love and admiration for him. She softly whispers,

SAKSHI: Tum aaj bhi sote hue utne hi cute lagte ho jaise pehle lagte the… sab kuch badal gaya lakin tumhari masoomiyat abhi bhi waisi ki waisi hai… tum aaj bhi utne hi masoom aur adorable lagte ho… humesha aise hi rehna Arjun… tumhe pata hai maine bohat baar sapne dekhe hai ki ek din me uthungi aur tum mere saath hoge aur me tumhe pyaar se good morning wish karungi… kabhi nahi socha tha ki yeh sapna aise iss tarah se haqeeqat me badlega… ab me direct tumse toh yeh keh nahi sakti iss liye abhi hi wish kar rahi hoon… uss tarah se jiss tarah se me humesha tumhe wish karna chahti thi…

She sit on her knees and looked at Arjun. She whisper with lot of love,

SAKSHI: “Good Morning My Love”

She softly caresses his hairs and lean to kiss him on forehead but before her lips touched him, she pulled herself back.

SAKSHI: Me tumhe wish toh kar sakti hoon lakin yeh nahi kar sakti…. Yeh haq mera nahi hai…

She said with sad smile. She again caresses his forehead and then went out. Her gestures disturb Arjun’s sleep. He open his eyes and look around with confusion. He touched his forehead as he felt softness on forehead.

ARJUN: Aisa kyun laga jaise koi kuch keh raha tha…

He think for a moment.

ARJUN: Shayad sapna dekha hoga

He brushed up his thought and turn towards Ayaan. He quickly check him and take a sigh of relief that Ayaan is fine. Then he see towards Sakshi’s side. She is not there. Arjun look around and found her bag open and few of her things on dressing table. He understand that Sakshi is already woke up. He turn towards Ayaan and wrapped his hand around his son and closed his eyes feeling his son’s presence. Ayaan too snuggle more into him and threw his hand and leg on Arjun. Smile comes on Arjun’s lips.

LIVING ROOM

Sakshi is standing in front of the temple. She lit the diya and ignite inscence sticks. She join her palms.

SAKSHI: Ganu bappa aisa lag raha hai jaise aaj se ek alag journey shuru hone waali hai… sab se pehle toh me aap ko thank you kehna chahti hoon kyun ki aap ne sahi waqut pe mujhe meri galati ka ehsaas karwaya aur mujhe Arjun aur Ayaan ke saath rehne ka yeh moka diya… Arjun ke saath rehne ka jo sapna me humesha se dekhti aayi thi vo aaj poori tarah se naa sahi lakin kuch hadd tak sach ho gaya hai… thank you…thank you so much bappa… ab me aap se sirf itna hi kahungi ki please mujhe shakti dijiyega ki me Ayaan ko sambhal paau, usko khush rakh paau, Arjun ki har tarah se help kar paau aur iss ghar mein shanti aur pyaar ka mahol banaye rakh paau… kal jo waada maine Arjun se kiya hai uss waade ko har tarah se nibha paau… Arjun ke vishwaas pe khadi utar paau… mujhe aap ke aashirwaad ki bohat zaroorat hai… aap toh jaante hai ki yeh mere liye bohat mushkil hai… jise maine meri zindagi se bhi zyada pyaar kiya hai uske saath ek sacchi dost ban ke rehne waali hoon… mujhe mere pyaar ko meri dosti pe haavi nahi hone dena hai… me yaha ek dost aur angel ki hesiyat se aayi hoon aur wahi ban ke rehna chahti hoon…please koi gadbad mat hone dena…

After a quick prayer she perform the aarti. Same time she heard the knock on door. She open the door and found milkman. He looked at Sakshi and smile sweetly. Sakshi greet him with same smile,

SAKSHI: Good Morning Bhaiya

MILKMAN: Aree aap?! Kaha thi aap… do din se Sameer sir hi darwaza kholte the

SAKSHI: Vo me kaam se bahar gayi thi… ab yahi hoon

Milkman nods.

MILKMAN: Accha hai aap aa gayi… me bhi aap ki yeh good morning wish aur humari morning gossip miss kar raha tha… you know sirf aap hi hai jo mujhe iss tarah good morning wish karti hai aur mujhse baatein bhi karti hai

He give pouch of the milk to her. They both keep talking for sometime and then he left from there. Sakshi picked up the newspaper laying on the floor and then closed the door. She put the newspaper on coffee table and milk pouch in kitchen. She come in living room again starts arranging sofa and other things.

Sametime Sameer come out from his room.

SAMEER: Good Morning Tweety

SAKSHI: Good Morning Bunny

They share a side hug. He look around and found everything well arranged. He looked at temple which makes him smile widely.

SAMEER: Finally after ages…

SAKSHI: Kya?

SAMEER: Mandir mein diya jal raha hai

SAKSHI: Haan maine bhi notice kiya tha jab me Ayaan ke saath ruki thi… well Arjun toh pehle se hi yeh sab mein believe nahi karta tha so me bilkul bhi surprised nahi hoon ki Roshni ke baad kisi ne diya nahi jalaya aur Ayaan ko bhi iss baat ka koi idea nahi hai… last time jab ruki thi tab maine mandir ki poori safai ki thi aur socha tha diya jalaungi lakin phir Arjun ka pata chala aur vo hospital mein tha toh sab kaam mein busy ho gaye… aaj se yaha rukne waali hoon toh socha aaj se hi ek naya rule banate hai… ab mandir mein roz diya jalega aur sab ko pray bhi karna padega

SAMEER: Me toh bohat khush hoon

He goes near temple and do a quick prayer. After that,

SAMEER: Arjun aur Ayaan so rahe hai?

SAKSHI: Haan… tum jaake dekh loge unhe? Me naste ki taiyari karti hoon… sab bas aate hi honge

SAMEER: Ok

SAKSHI: Sam… Can I use your laptop? Mujhe ek important mail karna hai

SAMEER: Why not… Me abhi deta hoon

Sameer went to his room and come out with his laptop. He handed his laptop to Sakshi. Sakshi take it saying Thank you. Then Sameer went to Arjun’s room. Sakshi sit on sofa and turn on the laptop. She quickly login to her g-mail and type a quick mail. It’s an application for work from home for few weeks. She sent it to Sameer and Coelho Sir. She turn off the laptop and put it in Sameer’s room. After that Sakshi is about to go into kitchen but her gaze falls on Roshni’s photo. She goes near the wall.

SAKSHI: Good Morning Roshni… I know maine kaha tha ki me yaha se durr rehne ki koshish karungi aur ab yaha nahi aaungi lakin kya karun? Ayaan ke pyaar aur zidd ne mujhe yaha aane pe majboor kar diya… Pata nahi tum isse khush hogi yaa nahi lakin I am sorry Roshni… ab me chah kar bhi bhaag nahi sakti kyun ki mere best friend ne mujhe poore haq se yaha rukne ke liye kaha hai iss liye ab me yahi rehne waali hoon jab tak Ayaan wapas hostel nahi chala jaata… Tum please Arjun ko galat mat samjhna… Me aur Arjun yeh sirf aur sirf Ayaan ki khushi ke liye kar rahe hai… Hum dono Ayaan ka dil nahi tod sakte Roshni… I guess shayad meri jagah tum hoti toh tum bhi yahi karti… Ayaan ki khushi… hum sab sirf yahi toh chahte hai… hai naa? Roshni me nahi jaanti aage kya kya hoga lakin ek baat ke liye me sure hoon aur vo yeh ki me humare Ayaan ke dil ko thes nahi pohchne dungi… I know tum soch rahi hogi ki me Ayaan ko HUMARA Ayaan kyun keh rahi hoon… vo tumhara aur Arjun ka beta hai lakin hum best friends the… tumhari best friend shayad nahi ban paayi lakin Arjun ki best friend thi, hoon aur rahungi iss liye Ayaan pe mera bhi haq hai… Arjun ne khud mujhe yeh haq diya hai toh ab me ussi haq ke chalte yaha rahungi bhi aur mujhse Ayaan aur Arjun ke liye jitna bhi hoga vo sab karungi… aaj se Ayaan, Arjun aur unn dono ki khushi yeh tino meri zimeedaari hai

She smile slightly at her photo and then went into kitchen.
