going by last week's precap- if pullu declares pp's pregnancy is stable and Sai is really pregnant now -then in Sai's case- one of the following things will need to happen
1. V needs to prioritize Sai because it is her pregnancy which will be complicated after all the prior medical history whereas PP will comparatively be lower risk.
2. Sai will be asked to get a voluntary termination of pregnancy because its too high risk even if she is pregnant and there will be major kaand and drama around that.
3. PP will attempt to deliberately harm Sai and cause a miscarriage because she sees her evil plan flopping
4. pp may provoke everyone to convince Sai to get a termination of her pregnancy to the extent of doing it against her will just like the surrogacy drama.
but if pp succeeds in harming Sai again or forcing something to happen against Sai's will it 'll be another humongous outrage causing action.
