I used to visit kam3 threads, even used to discuss with you and rest.
Yeah we all guessed that farhad would have tragic end :(
The fact that he wanted to pour his heart out from the beginning . He always believed he will respect the girl who he marries and he respects marriage in itself ,inspite of being so against the idea . It makes him more and more adorable š
The fact that Ayesha wanted SOME validation that this marriage is not fake , a sham , deal or contract . Somewhere she has started liking basit ..from the moment he took a stand for her in the office and helped her with advance money . N when she got it from him finally , her reaction š..that subtle yes from her was adorable.
The hand hold , and he continued to hold it š„°
I need more of this drama....rewatched almost all of the earlier episodes...this is such a comfort watch, this story. Really hits all the right buttons. Just need more of Ayesha and Basit.
These two characters have been on my mind almost all week. Kept finding myself thinking about them in between work, chores, and life in general. Writing this post just to get some of it off my chest.
Basit, the guy who has been brought up with all the luxuries in the world, used to getting his own way in everything save that one thing he was desperate for and has now repressed so deep within that he has convinced himself he never wanted it in the first place, the love from his mother. Basit, a responsible boss, a good employer, and at the same time capable of overlooking the fact that his employees have lives too. When he finds Ayesha without a smartphone he groans to himself that he doesn't have time to deal with this drama. And yet at the same time, he gets his assistant to buy her a phone (an expensive purchase) so casually. He doesn't think twice before giving her the money she needs so desperately to pay her landlord and yet as nonchalantly calls over his assistant after hours to come and drop Ayesha off. He is good but he lacks a heart. Hurt by what he saw as his mother's rejection, he had placed his heart entirely in his father. And now with his father gone, it is almost as if his heart died with him. But his father's will left that spark that I guess we are all hoping will rekindle that love and warmth within him once more. In the next episode, he will scold Ayesha for misplacing the envelope and show once again that he is unable to place himself in Ayesha's shoes. He has seen that she is desperate, bound by her situation where marriage to him was a sort of lifeline. But he is yet to see what his friend pointed out, that none of this must be easy for Ayesha. She had a whole life before getting married to him. Just as he was busy at the walima, she too was stressed out, dealing with the same situation that he was dealing with.
Ayesha, the middle child, who has grown up used to having her wishes being killed off in the family's struggle for survival. While we see both Bano and Ayesha working to help the family survive, there is a difference in the two. Despite the pressures on Bano, we see that she had found love. She was open to the possibility of marrying, having a family of her own and at the same time fulfilling her responsibilities towards her family, her mother and her sisters. She acts out when her wishes are murdered by her mother. Ayesha's attitude is different. She has never even considered the fact that she might marry. This is clear when her mother tries to convince her about Basit's proposal. When she finds out her mother's problem with Bano getting married, she gives up the idea of studying any further without a second thought. When she learns of the fact that her medal has been sold off, we see how she completely absorbs the grief into herself. That medal was the last sign of the dream that she killed off in order to help her family. With such a mindset, she reacts to Basit's behaviour in a similar way. She tries to hide the injury on her hand, says no medicine is required. The fact that she asks him to try adjusting to the marriage is not even the full tip of the iceberg that is her discomfort with this new development in her life. Basit has very clearly shown how little he thinks of her family. She has sucked in the pain of that humiliation and just told him to try a little bit. In the next episode, when Basit scolds her about the envelope, we shall see the feeling that started on the wedding night develop into a firm belief in her---that just as she was an employee in his office, now she is like an employee in his home, employed as his wife.
I am dying to know whether in his anger, Basit will tell her that he has essentially bought her from her mother. Because that will break her utterly. The promo seems to point out that next morning she will tell him that she is now aware of her new role and what it demands of her.

See this is the thing. This tweet didn't even mention Ushna's hashtag. Chemistry kisi ek insaan se toh nahi aati na š

Now that you mention it, I realised that almost all the content available on Habs on twitter seems to focus on Feroze. I guess the Feroze Khan fanbase is quite large and tend to drown out other voices. The Something Haute review though was on point.
#twerping that's a fab review š
Generally speaking ..
I am happy we have a show where there are no negative in your face characters or extreme ones..Zoya, Bobbi phupo are greedy but stupid ...
Most interesting is ayeshas mom . She is greedy , selfish , devious but she is hell of a smart woman . Such ppl r really dangerous as they put up a great show with their antics , making anyone believe anything . Nobody knows what their true feelings are. Bano can see through her but even she couldn't make ayesha see that she is being manipulated by their mom..as bano was happy to see ayesha getting away and having a good life , she didn't protest much against the cheque .
I love ayesha but she is gullible .when 75 lakhs truth will be out, I wanna know If she can forgive basit and see through her mother's plan.
I liked soha too . She wasn't the kind of girl meant for basit that's about it..otherwise she was a nice girl with a mind of her own ..
Basit does have a heart ⤠he just needs a lot of love and security..assurance kind of..I am sure the anxiety will go away soon ..at the same time I fear in future if anything untoward happens , he won't be able to handle it ..I feel he will start loving ayesha so much that he will develop more anxiety due to the fear of losing her ..ayesha will need loads of patience with him. I hope this drama doesn't go the humsafar wayš„ŗ
